I highly recommend this small independent local company that provide a high quality friendly professional service. We had a cold radiator and their engineer came round and did a thorough investigation. The rad’ was thoroughly blocked so we ended up power flushing the system. The radiator is now fixed and the whole house is so much warmer! Plus I can tell already from the smart meter it’s going to save me lots on my heating bills. A brilliant job all round!
Great friendly customer service, fitted new shower unit with no problems. Megan took care of everything and was extremely professional! Thank you for a super job! Would highly recommend and will certainly be using again!
Such a great service. Got a call out on the same day. Phone staff were very helpful and kind. Plumber arrived earlier than the ETA and explained things really well and did a sterling job fast. And it cost exactly what they said it would. Legends
It’s always a daunting task when you are looking for a company to carry out work for you as you know nothing about them and you are worried about the standard of work and care for your property, l think I struck gold with this company as the whole process from start to finish was very professional the work was to a very high standard by really nice people, if I need any more work doing I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. I would highly recommend this company as they give great value for money.
Previously had an lpg boiler installed by Rick Smith and his team following a reccomendation. Rick was the only person who managed to work out the problems with our heating system when others couldn't. They returned today to do it's annual service and we're as prompt and professional as they were a year ago. No hidden costs, good quality work and excellent communication each time we deal with them. If you want a good job done by reliable people then use this company. Keep up the good work guys. Tom & Jenn
