Nice little cafe on the High Street. Reasonable menu and prices. Only a few tables, so wouldn't get too busy. Everything looked very clean and tidy too. From the posters around, they do themed evenings like quiz nights and a psychic evening. I was in a rush so didn't get to sample the nice looking cakes on offer, but I will when I go back!

I’m not from Lincoln and I decided to visit take 5 as it was highly suggested. The visit began with a warm welcome as we sat down and were greeted with a polite service and a respectful tone of voice. After our drinks arrived we placed our food orders and the time waiting between ordering and receiving was fast and the quality of food lived up the expectations I had. I ordered the jacket potato with tuna and cheese and what I got did not disappoint. The taste was amazing, the tuna was fresh. The potato was hot and soft which made it more enjoyable. Was happy that the dish also came with coleslaw, lettuce and some tomatoes. I will definitely be coming back to take 5 when I am next back in Lincoln for another visit. Maybe to try the breakfast challenge!

Will did a full rewire in our house. He was friendly and patient explaining the steps involved, always turned up when he said he would and tidied up afterwards. He finished the job ahead of schedule. I found him very trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone.

Will was recommended by a third party, we contacted him by phone, explained what needed doing and he gave us a date and time for getting the job done. Will arrived on time was very friendly and polite, the job was done and he was meticulous in cleaning up after the job was finished. We would highly recommend him. Will came late on a Friday night to help sort our car charger out. He encountered all sorts of problems with the website that were not his fault. However he persevered and got us working. He didn’t leave while late in the evening. He was insistent that he would get us sorted and he did. He was really nice and told us what he was doing. He is a tremendous chap and we can’t thank him enough. I would have no problem recommending him.

Tom came round to survey my house for a potential Air Con installation, he was really thorough and very professional and gave me all the information I needed. The work was completed last week and I’m super happy with it. Clean and tidy workmanship, really polite and friendly. Good price and No problems with the installation at all, so pleased to have done it.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received. Tom is such a conscientious, thoughtful and friendly worker. He wired up the lights for a media unit in the living room which was fitted by Hammonds and a new bookcase beneath the stairs. We'd had other quotes but TLS was the most reasonable, and while other electricians said it was 'too tricky' to install lighting in the hall under the stairs, it was no problem whatsoever to Tom. The Hammonds worker refused to put our TV back on the wall after fitting the unit, but Tom did that for us at no extra cost. I will gladly recommend TLS Electrical to everyone I know.

So glad we found this place whilst visiting the city, what a treat. We had a drink in the snug on the Friday night & saw some amazing dishes being served so booked for the following evening & so glad we did! The Korean fried chicken was incredible as were the mains; gilt head bream and a mushroom & Gruyère burger. Service and atmosphere/decor were top notch. Fabulous to find somewhere that serves different dishes, cooked in unique ways & all tasting delicious. Wish we lived nearer so we could visit again!

This little gem has to be one of my top favourite restaurants of all time!! The food is amazing! The service..amazing! The establishment is gorgeous! We are new to Lincoln and wanted a lovely place to take my husband for a meal, I saw the venison on the menu and just had to try it, and we were not disappointed, far from it! It excelled! Excellent lunch at the White Horse. All the food we ate was fantastic, but the absolute star of the show was the belly pork. Pair this with a beautiful pint of Galway Stout and you're winning at life! Looking forward to visiting again.

First time visiting here and we will 100% be back. The beef roast was absolutely incredible, every component was so delicious and we loved that the beef was more thick cut. The presentation was spot on, looked as good as it tasted. We loved the decor, (especially Geoffrey!) loved the named reservation card on the table and overall thought the staff were super friendly, welcoming and approachable. The food was brought out really fast and was nice and hot. Couldn’t fault a thing!

We needed someone to come and look at our fuse box as soon as possible, G7 Electrical were able to send some one the very next day. The young man that came to our house was prompt, efficient and friendly. Diagnosed this issue, and had it fixed in no time. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

I’ve used Gavin and his team on quite a few occasions now. Firstly I used G7 for the installation of my electric car charger. All work was completed to a high standard, really professional team and they even took the time to show me how it all worked. Last year we had a conservatory built. We used G7 again to wire our conservatory, spot lights, ceiling fan and sockets. When Gavin came to spec the job he suggested putting extra sockets in which we are so grateful for as we now how power recliner sofas which need the extra sockets. He also suggested putting in an outside socket, which again we didn’t think we needed and now use all the time. Really great reliable company

Excellent service and a very professional team. We have had a full house rewiring and solar panels system, provided, installed and set up by them and we couldn't be happier with the results. Gavin brought his team to our home and they worked very well to achieve all our electrical needs. Trish, Alfie and Josh were pretty much stationed at ours for a week and they did brilliant! Trish is an excellent team leader and has a great sense of humour. Also thank you Kelly for helping us get the right switches, sockets and lights! Great team that took care of our home and also supervised our puppy every now and then! They were cheered by a GSD puppy each day and made them smile and work happier. We will also be doing our garden lighting once we get the bungalow sorted, can't wait! G7 Electrical carried out a landlords electrical safety test for me. They gave me the day that I wanted with the time that I wanted for this test. The two employees that carried out the work did it in a very correct manner, which was pleasing. The price was competitive and the certificate was issued within an hour of payment being made.

Excellent from start to finish. The quoting phase was very thorough with the gaffer Andrew taking plenty of time to ensure the job was quoted exactly how I wanted. On the day the automated text was excellent to keep me updated on when the electricians would arrive. Both of which, Morgan and Mitch, did an excellent job, professional, friendly and left the job clean & tidy. It sounds like what you should expect as standard, but these days it seems quite rare! Very happy overall and highly recommended.

Lovely, clean, light and airy decor with the odd quirky twists. Greeted quickly by friendly staff. Ordered "The Ross" and was surprised at the size of the meal but were assured that they could arrange for us to take away any leftovers. Served in a timely manner. Food very tasty and hot. Excellent value for money. All staff helpful and approachable. Great relaxed experience and they even had festive toilet paper!

Vegan food was amazing. The small plates to share were delicious! We did wait a while for our food but it was well worth the wait. One waitress explained to us the story behind the volunteers that work there and I felt like they should advertise this part more. Absolutely delicious and I will be back!

Central and dog friendly. Spacious and cool deco. Staff were lovely. We had two mains. One was the chicken burger which was well cooked and just what was needed. The other main was the Mac cheese sandwich. It was a mighty sandwich which was more bread than Mac cheese but still tasty and certainly did more than just filled a gap. Would recommend but food choice is a little limited.

I contacted Stuart regarding some work we wanted doing to our electrics. He replied the same day, even though it was a Sunday! Even though he was extremely busy he was able to reshuffle things & fit our most urgent job in the following day which we are so grateful for. He was very efficient & had excellent customer communication with me. He explained everything in layman’s terms! We have booked him to perform further jobs in our house & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

I had an issue with my central heating not turning off no matter what I did and I was at my wits end this morning, so I found Ben's details and sent him a message. He came back to me within 40 or so minutes to come around the same day to solve the issue. He was prompt in all communication, gave an ETA for general arrival time as he knew I worked from home. He and his colleague were really kind, friendly and knowledgeable and were talking me through the process and signs to look for in case of similar issues in the future. I also loved that I could just pay on a card machine rather than mucking about with invoices and bank transfers. Everything has been fixed within an hour and I now have a normal working heating just in time for snow and winter. Frankly I'm amazed it was all same day, I'm used to waiting weeks for help. Thanks Ben and the team, you were great and will be my go to recommendation moving forward. Tim

Absolutely amazing company. I rang Ben one evening and he asked me to send a video of the oven make and sockets etc as it was an oven installation. He got back to me immediately with a quote, came round the next morning to have a look. Then he managed to fit me in within a couple of days even though he is so busy. He likes black tea with the teabag left in by the way. Kindness and hospitality goes a long way. Thank you Ben !
