Ian and Paul installed some wiring. Another supplier put a nail through the cable but denied that that was the problem. Ian and Paul came round 3 times eventually with the other supplier who realised that he had put a nail through. I received an email to say that they would not charge me extra for their extra time and travel. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service.
