Myself, mum and mother in law went to the limitless linner that the Nags Head held yesterday. We had a lovely time, the food, cocktails and the prosecco were all great. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were all lovely, very helpful 😊. Thankyou xx

The first time I've been and it was for a wake. The food put on was delicious, couldn't fault it, and plenty of it. The staff were very friendly. It's a lovely pub with a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be calling in again when we're down that way.

When i arrived at this Gorgeous Establishment. I was Greeted with a very Warm Welcome from two really Friendly and very Inviting members of the Nags Head Pub in Bourne/ Lincolnshire. Billi and Maisey. They really looked after me. The Food was Superb, the Drink was Excellent, the Customer Service was the Best. I really Enjoyed myself on my visit. Atmosphere was Great. Stopped by for a quick lunch because the exterior looked lovely and ended up having a fantastic meal. The food was delicious with generous portions, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Open Steak sandwiches on sourdough bread 10/10! 🫶🏾

Popped in for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The staff were great, the food was really good and the service was exceptional. We sat in the front window but there looks to be so many other areas to sit, chat and eat as you go through. My wife and I had a pizza each and they arrived at our table in good time, piping hot and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back here again and look forward to trying other options from the menu.

We chose Smiths for Christmas Dinner as one of the few places open in Bourne Christmas Day. The service between courses was slow and we had to chase. The food was good and tasty but my toast with my soup was burnt and there was only three small slices of baguette style bread. The atmosphere was limited as we were stuck away in the top corner of the upstairs near the ladies toilets. Having said all this the food was tasty, it was presented ok and the courses represented good value. If I did it again I would ask to move tables as we ate late and there was free tables. I would also ask the service between courses to be quicker. But would recommend for sure!

What a great local pub! Always a lovely atmosphere and great staff and service. Proper well kept ales at a very decent price but also a good n/a selection. Definitely recommend and if you’re eating the pies and pizza are top notch 🐧

We met for a family breakfast on Sunday morning. There were 11 of us, including children. The full English breakfasts were large, well presented and delicious. A large majority of the party had the breakfast burger, which also looked fab and everyone said it was amazing. Some of the children had the pancakes and they demolished them, which is a resounding endorsement! All round it was a most enjoyable experience and we will definitely be visiting again.

Last minute date night with my wife, decided on Montaz as they had a 5 star hygiene rating. We were welcomed and seated straight away with a choice of 2 tables. We sat down and offered drinks and food menus, after we were given our drinks about 10 minutes minutes in, we realised the door upstairs was ajar and a cold draught was blowing down the stairs, it wasn't an arctic blast but noticeable, our starters arrived and I can say the chicken pakora was very tasty. I stuck to my go to main of chicken tikka masala and pilau rice, the sauce was creamy and delicious. My wife had Lamb Biriany, it had a plentiful amount of rice, the only thing she was not keen on was the vegetables, she said that they felt frozen in the middle.... The service was good and will definitely be returning soon.

Visited on a Wednesday evening for their Banquet menu. It was really excellent I could not fault anything incredible value and quality I would highly recommend you visit

Lovely hotel stayed with family for wedding nearby had the burghley king room very spacious and comfortable king bed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast good with a few menu options. Will definitely stay again when in area. highly recommend

This is a wonderful old inn in the centre of Bourne.... It was such a nice change from staying at bland big chains... The staff was caring, very tasty breakfast... Now, the décor... In years fine by very strong colours were used and the are now decorating in period colours... I was surprised at how much liked them... So nice from the eternal magnolia... And now I understand gold frames and decorations... They work so well against a deep blue... I thought it was stunning... It is worth pointing out that all rooms are on the first floor with steps all over the place...you have to be mobile to get to them.... That is how it is with old places such as this. We would go again, no problem...

Three night stay, lovely room, breakfast and ideally situated. The free of charge public carpark at the rear can be a bit of pot luck. We visit Bourne 2/3 times per year and the Angel Hotel will be our favoured base.

An amazing Christmas Day meal. The food, as ever, was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. Given that this was just for me and my (infamous) dog Moose, the staff still treated us like any other guests, even going as far as providing Moose with his own place name.

Late Sunday meal out with my partner and the staff were so accommodating, listened to every request very carefully so both of our needs were met. They even took us in 30 minutes early before our booking. All the staff were very friendly and Connor is a valuable asset to this restaurant. Very polite and gave great recommendations.

I fancied visiting my Favourite Pub/ Restaurant. They really look after You. Nothing is Ever a problem or issue. You can book a table or you can just walk and speak to any Server or if there is a Bar Server behind the Bar. They have a very Good Menu to choose from. They do have dishes for Vegan's and Vegetarian's. Then Always ask you, do you have any Allergies with types of Food Ingredients when order your meal. They have a Good Selection of Beers/ Lagers/ Ciders and also Non Alcoholic Beverages if You prefer. I had Pint of Pedigree and Order off of they Meals Deal Offer for a Wednesday the Curry & a Beer for £ 12.25. A very Good price. When i was Served by this very Polite and Gourteous Young Gentleman, i was very pleased and could not wait to try it out. I was not Dissapointed. I had Ordered the Chicken Korma with Pilau Rice and a Naan Bread. It was a very Lovely meal, i thoroughly Enjoyed Wednesday Afternoon. That really made my day. I felt really Welcome at The Sugar Mill near Bourne Town in Lincolnshire. Wonderful throughout. Service was attentive, timely and friendly. Food was wonderful, request we made was no problem. Impressed when server asked if we would like more drinks when food arrived. Reasonably priced, lovely atmosphere, all round a really pleasant experience. Thank you!

Just had a business lunch today at the Five Bells and what a fantastic find. The meal was superb and of very high quality. The staff gave a lovely warm welcome and great to chat with them. We had a lovely meal here with our 2 dogs and 6 month old son. The vegetarian burger was the best one I've ever had. My husband has the turkey and said the pigs in blankets were the best he's had! We would return in a heartbeat. The staff are so friendly and are so accommodating. Would recommend to anyone who loves a family friendly pub.

We decided to try the Five Bells a couple of weeks back after hearing great things. On arrival we had a warm welcome and a little banter regarding running out of my wife’s favourite tipple. I wanted a steak but as I was out the week before at a Marco Pierre White steak house and had a ribeye steak there I was slightly reluctant as I would obviously compare and wow I am so glad I did it was actually better it was cooked to perfection the peppercorn sauce was perfect and the chunky well seasoned chips was amazing ! In fact the whole meal was a true taste sensation. We have since been back to try the tapas which again was delicious, and after being introduced on the first night to a baby Guinness while talking to the new owners Bill & Lucy this is also a new firm favourite of ours. It was such a lovely night and to be made to feel so welcome is something you don’t normally get when you go out to a restaurant, this is now a new firm favourite pub to visit !

First time I’ve been in many years. Recently under new management and benefiting from a full refurbishment, my return visit did not disappoint. The welcome was friendly and the staff were very nice, polite and accommodating. The menu had really good choices and options from either the main menu or the tapas and pizza menu. The presentation, quality and flavour of the food was very good indeed. No issues at all. I will be retuning very soon!!

My son and his new bride had their reception here yesterday and l have to say the staff were amazing. They all worked very hard as a team to make sure each and every guest had the best time. We stayed for 2 nights and any requests made were dealt with immediately and always with a smile. The food was amazing both at the reception and in the restaurant and service was exceptional. Cannot thank the Wishing Well enough for ensuring my son and his wife had the best day. Would highly recommend

We discovered this place by chance as driving home and casually said we pass all these villages but never visit to see what they are like. So when we saw the village of Dyke, we decided to take a look. Well, we saw The Wishing Well Inn, it looked interesting as a typical old-fashioned village pub,full of characte so curiosity led us inside.What a find, a beautiful stone building with wooden beams and such character. Deceptively spacious, very welcoming and friendly. Ideal for family occasions and weddings as they also have rooms for overnight stays. An excellent menu, from light lunch snacks to three course meals. A garden to enjoy and a large car park. The portions are very generous and delicious! One of my favourite places, just a pity it is not closer to home!

Love this place - n I've only been twice - once on my own, once to mwet a friend. so welcoming, great selection of drinks (including Guiness 0), a lovely pub n restaurant (though I am yet to eat here, but definitely will) n plenty of outside seating with plants, trees n flowers to admire. When i recently visited this Lovely branch of Costa Coffee, the Customer Service was Superb. I told the Barrista what i would like. She was very Friendly. Nothing was a problem. If you would like to go and find a seat, i will bring you your Coffee over to You. So i went and found a seat. I did not have long to wait. She brought me my Coffee, and said to me Enjoy your Coffee Sir. She put a Big smile on my Face. What a very Lovely and Relaxing Coffee Shop in Bourne/Lincolnshire. Perfect place to stop off when in Bourne. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Coffee is lovely. Plenty of spaces to sit and toilet facilities.

I mean, it's a Spoons. Relatively new still, and clean and generally well presented. Standard fare on the menu and a good range of beers and ciders. Bonus points for not having to climb endless flights of stairs for the bathrooms. In fact other than a couple of entrance stairs, the whole place is step -free. Deceptively large beer garden with good shelter too.

Spent an enjoyable evening at the Raymond Mays with friends. The table service via the app was excellent. We all had food and everything was great. Terrific value for money and a nice atmosphere. We will return.

This is a very spacious yet comfortable pub in the Weatherspoons style. Large paved rear outdoor area too. Food prices are always good. Service was a bit slow because it was Saturday lunchtime.
