We made an enquiry to have some electrics installed around the house, they came out to us and gave an intensive quote covering all the items that we wanted installing and exchanging. We were sent a quote and agreed to this, a week later all the work was completed, the staff arrived on time and were very polite. Once all the work was completed they left my property as found and tidied up after themselves. Optimum Electrics added battery storage to our existing Solar PV installation. After some research I chose SunSynk products. I had choices of local installers but selected Optimum Electrics because their quote was the most competitive and I felt that I was dealing with competent and knowledgeable people. There was a small hiccup at install, rectified the following day, and the system has performed flawlessly since installation. The addition of batteries hasn't compromised our ability to benefit from FIT payments, which was an important consideration, and it works alongside our Solar iBoost installation, which heats water when we're net exporting power. The data I've collected since installation in March confirms that we've seen, over summer, a 65% reduction in electricity consumption. The system is easy to control and monitor and I will alter some settings as autumn approaches and daylight hours reduce. We're very happy with this addition to our home.
