Very pleased with the service I received ,I had a fear of dentist’s but was made to feel relaxed everything was explained and now I feel confident to process with my treatment all the staff were friendly and the the whole place felt calming which put me at ease. I recently visited Tooth Club for a routine check-up, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and adorned with calming decor, which helped alleviate any pre-appointment nerves. Great service overall!

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Excellent service, prompt and very courteous too. ♡♡

As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. Dr Sofia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and provide detailed answers to my many questions. Lilly was also helpful and knowledgable . A wonderful team and very thorough. I recently had a dental implant fitted by Orestis at The Implant Experts and can honestly say it was the best dentistry experience I've ever had. I was a little nervous given I'd not undergone the procedure before but it was completely painless and over so quickly! I have only recently started going to this dentistry and it is absolutely by far the best place to go. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a lovely receptionist, the man who checked over my teeth was also very lovely there was no harsh or uncomfortable moments at all when he was cleaning my teeth.unlike other places I have been to this has to be the best due to its calm atmosphere, amazing staff and service. They make you feel really welcome so I definitely recommend going here!

From signing up and booking appointments was very easy with friendly staff, initial check up was thorough and informative also honest. I had not been to a dentist for around 10 years and had just chipped a tooth so I had expected a few fillings and some sort of repair but he was straight up about what was actually needed and I have just returned from one filling with a scale and polish and a 'see you next year'. Very happy with the service and the actual procedure was virtually pain free, especially compared to my last two at another practice. Definitely reccomend.

I think this is the first dentist I wasn't scared of. Very professional, friendly. Didn't try to force me into getting a treatment I did not want to take like other do which is seriously annoying. Already made a follow up appointment which took me not even 2 minutes to book. Definitely recommend.

I very rarely write reviews, but after experiencing years of being scared of dentists, (due to a past experience), I have finally found a dentist whose first priority is to put the patient at ease. The staff are very professional and I cannot fault the service I received at Oakwood.

I cannot fault these vets and my expectations are high . My dogs always are welcomed so well. One second of My dogs is so nervous of vets and all of the staff have gone above and beyond to try to reassure him and me! , I have been at this vets for around 3 years and only joined as I moved areas . My previous vet I was at for 20+ years . I also visited all the vets in the area , called them etc , and I am pleased with my choice .

Absolutely brilliant vet here. I have been a few times now for my small pets and Lucy is absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind and considerate every time. I had to schedule an emergency appointment for my youngest rat as she was lethargic and very much not herself this morning. The reception staff were helpful and considerate too. Thank you all SO much for helping us. Highly recommend.

The whole team at Sandhole are dedicated to giving pets and owners a positive, pleasant and friendly experience. Their friends and family scheme is excellent value for money. My furbaby, Baileys, life was saved two years ago by very prompt and accurate diagnosis.I would not take him anywhere else. I have heard people complain that their prices have gone up since the new owners bought the practice, but then most shops and services have increased pricing over the last year. Personally I cannot put a price on my pets health and will continue to visit until he no longer needs veterinary care or a loving home

Stopped of for an evening meal after going to the pictures. Great choice of pub food although my first choice of Steak & kidney pudding was sold out so I had the steak and ale pie with mash and veg very tasty. Nice beers on tap good service .

We visited on a Saturday evening for a family birthday. The food was great and good service. Desserts were nice and big, sadly I didn’t get a picture before we dug in! Lovely classic pub atmosphere. Would be good if they had menus as you have to read off the board which an older guest found difficult, but ultimately we had a lovely meal. Will be returning.

Wonderful vets and the whole team. Despite having staff shortage and a number of emergencies, they still fitted my dog (Mac) who was also an emergency! Performed a (probably life- saving) operation the same day. The after-care was also brilliant. I feel so lucky to have these vets for my 2 beloved dogs.

Highly recommend. Aimee our vet has been amazing with our pug who sadly slipped a disc and honestly we prepared for the worst. Aimee was knowledgeable, kind and honest. You can really tell the care is genuine, calling for updates - to check and see how he was doing. Thank you, from all of us, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sadly, our dog Millie, was diagnosed with lung and liver cancer, and passed away 4 months later. We found all the staff at Coxheath veterinary clinic friendly, efficient, professional and kind. Communication was good, and results of investigations were very calmly and clearly explained to us, in a manner that we could understand. We were encouraged to ask questions and these were answered in a truthful and caring manner. The vet, Patrick was absolutely wonderful, he explained the diagnosis clearly and put a plan of care in place. His support was invaluable. We highly recommend this veterinary surgery. We joined as a patient of Roseacre Dental Practice many years ago when we moved in to the area. We found the treatment and care given by Mr Wall and his team exceptional. Recently having had dental implants fitted - a procedure I was not looking forward to every appointment was carried out with the upmost care and fully explained to put me at ease. I transferred, along with my two daughters, to Roseacre Dental last year. We use the monthly plan, meaning we get everything we need for our care without the worry of unexpected bills. The staff at Roseacre Dental Practice are so friendly, happy and caring. I don’t get nervous about visiting the dentist anymore because you're made to feel so welcome and at ease. I used to dread having my teeth cleaned but Kevin is so gentle I actually feel relaxed which is brilliant. My teeth felt great after and he gave me some good advice to take away. I have recently registered with Roseacre and saw both Lyndsey and Rachel having not been to the dentist through fear in years. They were both magnificent as was Jackie and I was genuinely made to feel at ease. If you have a dental phobia I couldn't recommend them highly enough. And for the surgery itself, everybody is welcoming, pleasant and professional. A really pleasant environment. Unfortunately I need a lot of work but I couldn't think of a better place to do it. Gave 5 stars but wouldn't say I "loved it" as the results of the blood tests and examination on my cat were not good as I had to have Lucy put to sleep. But all the staff have been very thoughtful and caring. lf I get another companion animal I would us Wigmore Vets

All my Family that have or have had pets, have used this Veterinary practice. They are always professional and the Staff are friendly and will listen to us Owners to get our views on the care and treatment of our pets. They also offer an annual membership Healthy PetScheme which can make regular worming and de-fleaing etc, a little cheaper.

The whole team at Wigmore Vets couldn't have been more helpful. The Vet Lydia understood our cat's problem and dealt with it professionally. She explained the treatment plan clearly.
