Would definately recommend these guys , very professional and quick response , the guy that came round I believe his name was Chris was very helpful and didn’t mind my 5 big dogs in his way! He made sure I understood the work that was going to be done and how it was going to be done he installed power / lighting circuits upto my kennels! Very happy with the end result! Would definately use again. Very tidy and polite!

Chris wired in a cooker and some other wiring work for us. He didn't try to oversell, making it clear when something I'd suggested was over the top and where something should be changed for safety reasons. He was also considerate in terms of mask wearing during Covid-19. I am very happy and will be using him again.

I got Chris’s number from my next door neighbour and oh he didn’t disappoint. He popped over for a toilet light that wasn’t working and within 30m, he found the issue, fixed the issue and made recommendations for future which was really great! Great person and definitely recommend anyone to use the service.

Amazing amazing food . Homemade fresh . Quick service. Good timing on the Food. Was busy for a Wednesday night which is a good sign they are doing things right . Cocktails are very good and tasty . 3 courses and sides and 2 drinks each . £120 which was a fair price Loads of food have never been so full up after a meal out. We finally get to try this Turkish restaurant on Valentine’s Day! It’s a little cosy restaurant, amazing service, very welcoming smile faces! Great portion size meals, gods was tasty! Thanks again lovely waitress Holly & manager Ali! Maybe the only improvement side salad could be little larger with main meal 🤭very colourful small bowl but wasn’t my kind of salad 🥗 also maybe cocktails prices are too high ! Amazing dishes for sure and we’ll be back again! Best wishes!

A surprise Mother’s Day lunch for 4, including one vegetarian. First time visit and what a pleasure it was. We started with cocktails which were divine, followed by cold mezze which were so tasty and attractively plated. The Turkish bread was a delight in itself and a great accompaniment to the mezze. We then had a main course, one of which was a huge lamb shank!! All very tasty. No room for dessert or coffee. The whole experience was made perfect by the friendly staff, who went out of their way to make us comfortable. We will definitely return, Galatea is a little jewel in Rainham . Can’t wait to go back.

Went here for my birthday yesterday with some friends and had a lovely time, we had 3 courses and all were good. I had the creamy chicken mushroom for main and it was delicious, good portions sizes and reasonably priced. My friend had the lamb shank it was huge! They even packed up the leftovers for us to take home. Cocktails were great and the staff are lovely. Great service. Would definitely return.

Really great night, chef spent the time to come and talk to all the tables, and all the staff were lovely. Food was fabulous, really different from the mainstream, from starters to mains everything was so full of flavour. A well thought out menu, with a little humour thrown in. The live music topped the night off nicely.

What can I say, this place is a hidden gem. The restaurant has been retrofitted into a lovely ambient setting, there’s some lovely reminders of the building’s previous use but it equally makes an excellent restaurant setting. The food is delectable, it’s not greasy Indian cuisine where you will find excess salt and oil. The choice is excellent, there’s something for everyone. I had the butter chicken and it was the best I have had. The cheeky play on words make this an exciting menu which has incorporated local humour. During our visit this evening the top of the Christmas tree was was adorned with a traffic cone, alluding to local humour around Chatham’s infamous Thomas Waghorn statue which is regularly seen sporting a traffic cone. Will I visit again?? Hell yeah, do I recommend?? Absolutely. These people care about the food they serve and care their customers had a great time. Hats off to Gurkha Fire this is 5*

Took my clients here for a night out. From organising the event to saying goodbye at the end of the evening, we had the best time. We were well looked after. Best service we’ve had in a long time- Very organised. Lovely to meet the chef and we were checked on throughout the night. Food was amazing and we had some great cocktails. 5 star from me! Definitely give it a go.

This place is so good that it’s actually increased the value of Chatham. I can’t name another place in the local area that has the class to bring in people who are well dressed and make the effort. It’s nice to have something in the local area that makes it better. The food and the atmosphere makes you feel like your uptown in London or somewhere fancy because it feels very classy and clean. Food is top tier and just the overall experience is something you would expect from a fancy restaurant up in London. 100% recommend especially for get togethers or celebratory meals. The staff and owners are good people and good on them for taking the leap.

Wonderful meal - absolutely top rated!! Unique and delicious flavours and really tender meat! Beautiful venue with a lovely atmosphere, staff were superb, attentive but not pushy and the nicest touch was to have the chef come round to your table to ask whether we had enjoyed our meal was a really lovely touch! Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

Having attended the fig since moving local I have nothing but good things to say, the food is amazing: cooked fresh Infront of you and not your standard 'burgervan' food. The weekly specials are also a big hit with my family which can be found advertised on there social media and on signage. The team at the fig are friendly and welcoming even in the extreme weather at times. Recommend the fig to many a friend and family, well worth a visit!

Best food van I've found! Both me and my partner have ordered many different things from this place and every time, it's banging. The combinations of flavours, especially in their weekly specials are amazing! Their milkshakes are so yummy too! These local heroes are amazing and I don’t think they get enough credit. Not only are you always met with a smile and some chat but the food is better than I’ve eaten in some restaurants. It’s a wonderful little business and you can tell how passionate the team are behind it. From fantastic coffees to the homemade brownie creations and to what will be the stressful testing processes of their weekly specials that change religiously. Well done guys! Keep up that great work!
