The deli side of the cafe has a good (but not extensive) selection of fresh and packaged Italian foods, including deli and bakery items. Prices are reasonable and probably better than supermarkets. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's a great little place where I know I can get niche deli items whenever I'm in the area.

Don't miss out on Roma! My wife and I recently moved to Whitefield and have to say it's the best spot we've been to so far. Service is friendly and welcoming, food is delicious with great portions and the value for money is amazing. Carl was our server and he made us feel like we were visiting old friends. So glad to have this community spirited cafe on our doorstep and we will definitely be back.

I’ve been visiting this restaurant many times. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Food is 10/10. We visit today with two baby and two toddler who make mess as always. But all stuff is very kind and helpful. Honestly this is the best restaurant in Manchester. Highly recommended!!

It's a nice cafe, and the food I had was nice but not much choice of vegan options, no cheese or sweet choice at all, and paying extra for soy milk seems a little outdated now. It was very popular.

Gareth is a true professional. We needed our ceiling and wall lights removed and replaced quickly, and Gareth called and completed the job within days despite his demanding workload. Fantastic job and very reasonable price. Really friendly with obvious in depth knowledge about his trade . Highly recommended

Gareth has done an AWESOME job re-wiring our whole house and garage, including wired in smoke/heat/carbon monoxide alarms, sensor lights, outside sockets and brand new consumer unit. Went 4th Oct 6.30pm,my good friend has health issues so he made the booking. The manager was waiting for us to assist and seat us somewhere to suit his needs. I was impressed and a heartwarming touch to make our visit easier. The servers Macy and Esme were lovely, kind and welcoming. Food top quality, beautifully presented great flavours. Just had an amazing impromptu date night at Cotto this evening. Despite not having a booking, we were warmly welcomed and seated promptly. The fresh Italian food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. It turned out to be a perfect evening filled with delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. We loved our first time dining here so much that we had to come back. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the carbonara. We've brought family here who have also loved the experience and can't wait to come back. I'm a big fan of their menu, especially the Slatterys cheesecake they have in (this time it was the Terry's chocolate orange cheesecake, which I highly reccomend if you have a sweet tooth) Every experience has been really pleasant, the staff are all so lovely and welcoming, and I can't wait to bring more of my family and friends! 10/10

Enjoyable place to eat, proper italian food. Loved the simple decoration. The pizza was good and my pasta al salmon was to die for, the croquettes were too fatty for me expected them to be just simple, couldn't eat them as the pasta dish was big portion. Definitely worth trying

I have been coming to The Hideout for lunch since they opened a few years ago in their old premises and I am still coming to their new premises. The food is all homemade and fresh and really nice and decent portions too, the staff are always friendly and accommodating and the decor and seating is very comfortable and relaxing. They have choices for both vegetarians and vegans. I have recommended this cafe to lots of friends not only because I’ve always been happy with my lunch but because I also like to support small family businesses. In the evening it is a bar with music and at weekends there is a dj so perfect if you want to drink and socialise in a nice atmosphere

A lovely little find for brunch/lunch. Service was good and food was tasty but lacked a little in presentation. My tasty omelette looked ‘dumped’ on the plate. Despite that, everything else was very acceptable so I would throughly recommend. ♿️The tables and chairs are very close together so immediate wheelchair access seems difficult - but I’m sure the staff would move things to allow better access. The single washroom/toilet seems difficult to access. I liked the place and will go again.

First visit here for lunch, it's a really nice space. Pleasantly surprised that such a big space was warm and cosy on a cold day. The food was really good (hanging kebabs) and really reasonably priced. I will definitely be going again . Great addition to the village

Great service, a really lovely team working hard in ever changing circumstances. The coffee here is second to none and they bake their own artisan bread, which was so delicious and really made the breakfast. I was pleased to see the egg yolk was a lovely orange colour, which says to me they use excellent quality ingredients. I've been to too many places and been served pale yellow eggs and it puts me off as you know they are just the cheapest bulk buy eggs and probably not ethical or sustainable. Will be coming back here a lot in the future, really glad my colleague recommended it.

13/03/24: had mocha with coconut milk and beef sausage & egg on a white bloomer. Sausage was a little bland, but the bread and coffee were very good. Service was friendly and quick. Also had the cheese & onion omelette on brown seeded toast. That was also very good! I would have liked to have seen a full English on the menu. Parking isn't great, made worse by inconsiderate parkers after we'd arrived! Dog friendly, promptly served with water in a Brewdog bowl! Very thoughtful!

fresh homemade dishes, and they take into consideration customers reviews on the menu, it seems to be reviewed regularly . It’s also child friendly, dog friendly, with a chilled out atmosphere. Best variety of coffees, the Barista is amazing. Nowhere beats this coffee shop for miles around.

Stumbled across this super cosy & welcoming coffee house. Only had time for coffee but the food looked & smelt gorgeous. Parking is not readily available outside but you can easily find free parking nearby. Service was friendly, helpful and courteous. Prices are very competitive and I will definitely be returning at some point. Would recommend the chai latte for a hint of warming spice in your coffee in this cold weather.

Lovely food, reasonably priced. Stopped here for a quick bite to eat, had the shapes green eggs. It was delicious, well balanced in flavour and looked good presentation wise. This is such a great spot for brunch or a drink, relaxed atmosphere downstairs and there's an upstairs and outside seating available. I have the veggie breakfast and I was skeptical at how good broccoli would be on an 11am meal but I didn't need to be! This breakfast delivered. The broccoli, the hummus the Potatoes each bit was tastier then the last!

Today I decided to try the Blue Bay restaurant in Prestwich which came highly recommended by friends and family. I must say that having tried this restaurant I'm truly won over!! Not only was the food absolutely on point but the service by Mr Musky and Mr Naz were second to none!! I have finally found my new local Indian restaurant!! For anyone who is thinking about going, then don't delay you won't be disappointed!!! Spinach and king prawn is a must try!!!

Where do I start with this review. I came from London on a day trip to Manchester and found this gem of a restaurant in the heart of Manchester. From the minute I entered I received a very warm welcome from the staff and felt very comfortable throughout. The food was absolutely exceptional, the variety of dishes was impressive. The presentation of the food was unique and quirky with a modern twist. The portion size was very generous for the dishes. And most importantly the flavour of the food was exceptional and very tasty which is the main thing. Even the deserts were nice, I recommend the fresh cookie dough and ice cream to cleanse your palate. I took some pictures of the food (starters, mains, desert) to share with all of you. Next time I’m in Manchester I will definitely visit this place again!!!!
