Fantastic hidden getaway in a brilliant location for lots of lovely walks. Nearby River and places to eat. Hosts have thought of everything, very welcoming & approachable with nice little details like fresh flowers and freshly baked bread. I would highly recommend.

It's calm, peaceful, beautiful. The accommodation is adequate, inside is clean and comfortable, with a mini kitchen area with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and egg boiler, and kettle. You have your own private garden area right on the river, beautiful country side to walk or cycle around and lots of little places to explore, as long as you remember you are in the country and that there is bugs and cobwebs and nature, this place is excellent

I have now had 3 visits to this practice and the care and attention has been excellent, it is not something I look forward too visiting a dentist but getting the service I have received has taken away any concerns

Wonderful first appointment! Ian was very gentle and really took time to explain everything. I hadn't been to a dentist for 4 or so years due to a couple of bad experiences and Trigeminal Neuralgia and went on recommendation of a friend. I will definitely return!

Highly recommended, everything was excellent. A great deal of effort, thought and finesse has been put into both the food and the restaurant itself. I found the prices to be just right for the quality and quantity of food ordered. Definitely one of the best places I've eaten this year. We also met Jerry and he was lovely to talk to, please keep doing what you're doing as it is working really well!

My pool team had a meal at Jerry's Steakhouse 2 weeks ago. It was brilliant, fantastic steak, chips, mushroom and onion rings. Very nice sauce too. The Biscoff cheesecake was probably the best pudding I've had. Honestly it was amazing! 😍 I definitely want to go again.

Stunning. The service was perfect, the food was immense and the decor is spectacular. This is honestly one of the best restaurants I've ever been to anywhere in the world. I regularly eat burgers when at "steakhouses" and I do this very regularly, the Bourgeois Burger I had at "Jerry's" is easily in my top 5 if all time. Flavours complimented each other perfectly and it was cooked perfectly too. Can't wait to go back to this place!!

The bar and chefs kitchen are on the ground floor also, kitchen to the back just behind a curved wall which has the stairs behind it Its an old building and they've done a great job revitalising both the outside and the interior feels super premium. There's quite a few plug points with usb on them to, so decent if you have kids with devices or coming for a cheeky work meeting etc.. The food seriously good, came in good time & service was great from all the staff, including the chef and the owners mixing in with the awesome vibes. Whether you came here regularly or just passing through, you could feel like making some new friends here with the staff and owners. Also, their pizza from the takeaway a few doors down is damn good.. Got our fussy 11yr old lads approval! 😂

It's rare to find places that are a 5 star rating across the broad, but this is certainly one such place! The food was incredible - the starter was perfect, and the steak..... easily some of the best I have ever eaten! Cooked to perfection, and everything from the sauce to the mushrooms simply complemented it so well. We visited at lunch time, so had the place alsmot to ourselves, but I am sure that the service will be utmost during busy periods - and this place it popular! So you accept that during busy times there might be a bit more of a wait. Atmosphere was great - a lovely clean, modern and upbeat restaurant, and Jerry was a pleasure to chat to as well; clearly he values his customers and the amazing business he has built up in the area. We won't hesitate to recommend this steakhouse to friends and family alike, and look forward to coming back! It's a shame Google won't remove the obviously false 1 star review from someone who cannot accept that it's the Business that controls the opening times and not what Google lists (they're not in real time love!). So for anyone looking to go here, pay attention to the reviews that truly reflect what you will experience.

I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my daughter. I would also like to thank the reception staff who were lovely.

The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

My husband and I ate at the Golden Fox after reading great reviews on the food, the staff and the facilities. We were not disappointed. Absolutely fantastic food. Wonderful staff and spotlessly clean facilities. The whole place had a wonderful ambiance which only enhanced the whole experience. They were also very welcoming of our dog Max.

This was our first visit and we were very impressed. The fish platter had a most interesting selection of fish and was beautifully presented . The service was most friendly and courteous. Our only negative comment was that the garden , where we ate, could have been tidied up with some more colourful bushes.

We picked the Golden Fox after reading reviews and we were not disappointed. I felt the bar area was a little dark, but we were soon accommodated in the restaurant. Really good to see that the restaurant is a no dog zone. The menu is not extensive but with the daily specials there should be something for everyone. It's worth noting they do not have a children's menu but modify some of the menu items to make a child's portion. Our 11 year old Granddaughter made short work of the adult 8 oz steak! The food was very well cooked and presented and portions were generous. Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. For the quality and portion sizes, the prices were good A great new find to add to our list of "must returns"

Faultless service from John. We wanted an extractor fan installed when we uncovered an old air vent when remodelling the bathroom. John used the vent and gave recommendations for the type of fan and relocated our light switch to include connection to the extractor fan. Clear quote and spec. of product given and plenty of advice, together with relevant documentation and final invoice for a good price. We have plenty more to do in our old house and will not hesitate to use his services again.

John recently did a full rewire at my property where the electrics hadn't been touched since the 1960s. He was always polite, on time, and very neat and tidy. All work was performed to a high standard, and he really took the time to explain everything and suggest useful tips and tricks. I manage a Lettings agency in Central Salisbury and Nick is our go-to electrician. Fairly priced, exceptional standard of work, fantastic communication and always tidies up after himself once works are completed - which can be half the struggle when trying to manage properties with various contractors. On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.
