Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. This is an excellent and outstanding practice.

When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

I have been at Walford Mill Dentist for many years and have always had exceptional care firstly under Neil Greenwood, and now by his replacement Kelly. The hygienist team are beyond amazing Nadia and Svetla are a great team making sure my teeth remain clean, both are very kind and professional and it is always a please to see them. Contacted Andy Whitty as had been unable to get any other electricians locally to either return calls or commit to the job. We had a fair simple job that needed to be carried out, but nonetheless one for a professional rather than a DIYer. Paul from Andy Whitty came back straight away, popped over to take a look the following day and then arrived to complete the work just a few days later. Professional, courteous and responsive - everything you need from a local sparky. Won't hesitate to use again and would highly recommend.

We left a voicemail last week detailing a number of small jobs that needed dealing with. We received a call back the same day and booked an appointment for Tuesday this week. We received the estimate the same day. The electrician (Jack) arrived on Friday afternoon, completed five different jobs including drilling through a wall to fit a shaver point in a bathroom, repairing sockets, repairing a night storage heater, repairing a three way dimmer switch and untangling, shortening and tidying up a complete jungle of wires in a 15 foot high vaulted ceiling. Jack was polite, friendly and tidy, a credit to any company. We will certainly use and recommend Andy Whitty Limited again.

I was having some shelves made. I popped out and when I returned the carpenter frantically advised me that all of the downstairs sockets had stopped working. This included the kitchen, with a fridge full of food. I rang P.N Gray at 15:00. I left a message and Michael returned my call immediately. He said that he would send Stewart McIntyre. Stewart arrived quickly. Within 15 minutes he had established what the problem was. He repaired it instantly, restoring power to the kitchen before the milk had even started to get warm. I cannot begin to say how excellent P. N. Gray is. This is the second time that they have responded quickly to my electrical problems - the previous incident was related to a faulty smoke alarm sensor. Michael is cordial and responsive, and Stewart was efficient and professional. He was even thoughtful of the carpenter's embarrassment. I would highly recommend P.N Gray for your electrical needs.

We changed the missmatched under cupboard and dodgy cooker hood lights. Stuart has changed halogen to LED so that they are all the same, and replaced broken ones. In the process he discovered that the extractor hose outlet had been bodged. The sticky tape (!) had disintegrated. He went back to the wholesaler to get the right sized reducer. Such a nice man. He is the first ‘leccy’ that has actually taken the trouble to find out why stuff wasn’t working. Everything is now safe, working as it should, and the lights are all the same colour! A very pleasant change from the previous numpties! Definitely a keeper. Thank you Grays. PS Can’t comment on ‘value’ as we haven’t had the bill yet but we will be delighted whatever it is!

I had a consultation with Dr Barath today, the session started with a professional greeting from the staff and Dr Barath himself, he then provided a comprehensive examination and X-rays, followed by a full report on what he had found. The level of expertise from Dr Barath was fantastic and I had total confidence in his advice, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me how to take better care of my teeth and why it’s so important to have a care routine at home in place as well as clinical intervention. I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Varun Barath last week and I must say, he is truly an outstanding dentist. From the moment I walked into his practice, I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Dr. Barath took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me, outlining both the negatives and positives so that I could make an informed decision about my aching tooth. He never rushed me or pressured me in any way, which I greatly appreciated. The extraction itself was done with precision and care, and I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Varun Barath to anyone in need of dental care. He is truly a top-notch professional.

All dental work to be undertaken was carefully explained verbally and with use of x-rays and dental modelling. The importance of dental hygiene daily to help to keep teeth and gums healthy was explained fully. The treatment carried out over a few appointments was painless and I am very pleased with the outcomes. Dr Varun, Holly, this practise, is just astounding! I had a dental emergency, I had lost a rather large filling which was incredibly close to my nerve, which was causing me a LOT of pain. After ringing my dentist and them telling me I could only be seen in 5 weeks, I quickly (whilst slightly panicking) googled emergency dentists in my area. National Dental, in Dorchester, popped up with some great reviews, so I decided to ring them. After explaining my situation, Holly made me an appointment for 2 hours time (relief)! I was ever so slightly nervous due to the sheer pain of my tooth, and having some bad experiences in the past with it. Dr Varun, and Holly, were both incredibly reassuring, and Dr Varun explained in detail every step of the procedure, showed me what was going to happen on a model of some teeth, he couldn't have been any clearer, even explaining every detail of what was happening during the procedure. Now, when I tell you that they operate on a pain free basis, I mean it! I didn't feel a single thing, despite the sensitivity and close proximity to the nerve of my tooth. The procedure was done quickly, but not rushed! Which is something a lot of dentist do, RUSH! I left completely pain free, with my dental problem treated, all within the space of 4 hours! I can not thank, or recommend, this team and practise enough!

I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. We had Dauncey Electrical’s round to carry out various jobs including fault finding with external lights, installation of a smart thermostat and changing a couple of ceiling lights and have to say they were great.
