I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my daughter. I would also like to thank the reception staff who were lovely.

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable! Everything friendly, cheerful, efficient, responsive and charged exactly the price agreed in advance. We are very happy (and warm!) bunnies indeed. Thank you Joe and Mark! Joe and his colleagues did the electrical work and plumbing on our houses renovation. The electrical work carried out (mainly) by Aaron and his trusty assistant Billy is superb. Aaron is extremely methodical in his approach and it shows with the end result. We also had a mini wet room built. The end result is stunning. The tiling and the tanking beneath the tiling was done to an extremely high standard. The tiler Steve is a lovely chap and again, extremely methodical in his approach. Towards the end of the project the final bits of plumbing were completed by plumber Aaron and John. Again the work was to a high standard and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would definitely recommend using Joe and his team and we will be next spring for the other bathroom to be renovated. Thanks Joe and team. Andy and Lisa. Also I think it’s wonderful that Joe takes on apprentices, to train the next generation of electricians.

I have been considering creating an en suite shower room and effecting some external works at my property but was somewhat daunted by managing a project. Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Services and James Newsam Construction were recommended by neighbours. Joe and James, who often work in collaboration, came to assess what was required and quote a week after contact. Options were discussed, sensible advice given and a detailed quote and anticipated start date followed shortly thereafter. The Project commenced on the agreed start date with a team of professional, pleasant, experienced, local trades arriving one after the other! all were well-briefed, hard working and consulted me in relation to any decisions (style of doors, placement of switches etc) as necessary. The ethos and importance of "Customer Satisfaction" was obvious throughout. Any queries I had were responded to by Joe or James, usually within the hour. Joe managed the sequence of events entirely for all the electrical and plumbing work, which was completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with my new En Suite Shower Room, it is spacious, practical and stylish and will doubtless add value to my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, who I will definitely use again. PS the final Invoice was exactly as quote and I literally could not fault any part of the service I received.

Yalbury Cottage is a place where excellence, friendliness, and quality come together seamlessly. As someone who loves travelling and exploring new cities and places, I have stayed in numerous accommodations, but none compare to Yalbury Cottage. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning to the area. The staff at Yalbury Cottage consistently went out of their way to be friendly and did everything possible to ensure our stay was exceptional. The room exceeded my expectations significantly, with its stunning and unique view. We truly felt as if we were at home, but in a setting with beautiful new scenery. Situated in Dorchester, Yalbury Cottage offers a perfect base to explore the area and nearby cities such as Weymouth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, have recommended this place to others, and will continue to do so. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotlessly and well-organised. Additionally, the thoughtful touch of leaving brownies in our room upon arrival exemplifies their dedication to Yalbury Cottage and their commitment to providing each guest with an exceptional experience. I personally can't wait to return to this charming cottage for another uniquely wonderful stay.

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

A very long overdue review for Geoff, Eve and the rest of the team. We’ve been seeing Geoff since we moved here a few years ago and hands down they the are the best Dental practice. The past year has been somewhat challenging for me personally and the care, attentiveness and advice they have provided has been simply above and beyond. I am new to the area and therefore a new patient to Ivy Cross Practice. I cannot praise the team highly enough. From my initial check up with Amer Nasr and his lovely dental assistant I was made to feel very comfortable and supported . They explained everything clearly and really looked after me. Then my visit to the hygienist Shula Gampala and her assistant were so thorough, kind and caring - explaining everything as she went along recommending ways to continue to look after my dental hygiene. Eve, the manager is really friendly, efficient and helpful. Over the years I have had a few dental practitioners and I can honestly say this team of people are well up there with the best dental experience I’ve had. It’s never fun visiting the dentist but they made it easy, friendly and even exchanged a few laughs. Thank you .

What can I say but Geoff and Eve are the best! Having had to arrange an emergency appointment and not ever been to the surgery before the care that was given to me was outstanding. Geoff is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so caring, explains everything so well and just makes you feel at ease from the time you walk into the treatment room. Eve makes you so relaxed from the moment you walk in the surgery door. In fact every member of staff there is just wonderful! You actually feel like you’ve known them all for years! If you have a fear of dentists, then please visit this surgery. You will be so glad you did and honestly you will want to go back! I’m just so sorry I’m leaving the area. Geoff is the best dentist I’ve ever had !!! For someone petrified of the dentist , he has the most amazing bed side manner & so calming & gentle . I was never scared going to Geoff ! I have front crowns he done for me over 20 years ago still perfect! I would love to be a patient again once I’ve financially recovered from pandemic times !!! I have clients who followed him to his new practice & wont go anywhere else . Very highly recommended

We were in the area and stopped by this lovely vineyard restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious, the sparkling wine was lovely and the service was friendly. The food was tapas style. My favourites were the croquettes (we tried ham and crab) as well as the tomato and mozzarella salad. Highly recommend.

I can't thank the team at Breezy Ridge enough for all their efforts to make a Maid of Honour proposal go smoothly! Becky's communications were fab prior to the evening and everyone was on board to make sure the dinner went ahead without a hitch. The food is fantastic and the place is a real asset to the local area, there aren't many places like this around without having to travel quite far out. The team are super friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and wonderfully intimate. I can't wait to come back!

We had a night of celebrating our 50th birthday here at Breezy Ridge,the location is absolutely stunning, the food was delicious our guests all commented on how good it was and the cocktails where just perfect staff are so friendly and polite.. could not recommend this place enough.. makes for a perfect location to celebrate any occasion...
