My daughter has been coming to Kip McGrath (Lincoln South) since October to assist with her maths for year 6 SATS. She has very much enjoyed her sessions and her confidence has come on leaps and bounds. She got wonderful SAT'S results recently and this is very much due to the additional tuition and support in a really nurturing environment that Dawn, Lee and the team have created. Thank you all... My son is attending Kip McGrath (Lincoln South) in preparation for his GCSE maths exams. He originally lacked both focus and motivation, however in just a few months of attending his predicted grades have gone up and his whole outlook to learning has changed. This is through the dedication of Dawn and the team. Always quick to answer emails and offer guidance and support, the staff really have made a big difference.

ONE VERY HAPPY PARENT!
My Daughter started at KIP just after having taken her mock exams in year 11 (I wanted her to start sooner as I could see she was struggling but teenagers know best right) and after getting a grade 3 and not understanding what she was trying to revise she came to me and asked for help!!! Brilliant finally a breakthrough!!
I contacted a few different tuition companies and spoke to them regards hows best to go about it nothing felt right online didn't sit right!!!
Then I saw KIP advertised I rang and spoke to Dawn. Dawn was very understanding and extremely helpful then got us booked in straight away.
My daughter went for a free trial to see where abouts she was graded and if she herself felt comfortable in that environment and with them. I felt this was the correct way to do it for my daughter as if we hadn't liked it we could of just walked away no strings. Thankfully my daughter felt like this was where she needed to be however nervous. Dawn could see how anxious she was and took her through straight away chatting with her. I'm so pleased Dawn and Lee are the people they are with great experience.
KIP also confirmed she was sitting in the middle of grade 3 to get a strong grade 4, which my daughter wanted. It'd take some dedication of hard work, but it was possible.
KIP advised to get the results we wanted that double sessions would get the best results they didn't pressure us into anything it was completely my decision as its what you can afford I suppose.
Every session is tailor made for your child. If you want an update how tour child is getting on regards grade aspect contact Dawn and she'll get right back too you. It's as easy as that.
Weekly direct debit payments which works for some people and probably because of the system. I however would of preferred to pay monthly or upfront, could this possibly be an option in future Dawn , Lee?!
We decided to do double sessions twice a week and with the support from Lee, Dawn and the Tutor my daughter studied in these hourly sessions and after her fourth session she finally said to me "Thank-you Mummy for spending this money on me I'm finally starting to understand what to do with these equations now". Each week, homework was set however my daughter often didn't have much time to complete all of it due to the workload from course work and other subjects at school but it was set for those that wanted to go that extra mile. Lee and Dawn are always on the other end of the phone if you have any issues or problems and any holiday days we're rolled over to another day which was available too us so she never missed out on any precious hours.
Now she's finished her GCSES and PASSED she did the foundation paper and got a WHOPPING GRADE 5. My Daughter who came to KIP with a middle 3 and ended up with the highest grade you can on a foundation paper is EXCEPTIONAL!!! My Daughter herself did do the work and I will not take that her away from her but you have to get the knowledge from somewhere and she says herself she couldn't of done it without the extra tuition and she is so grateful that I spent money on her education as all her friends in her maths class all FAILED their maths exam and are having to resit. So if any of your children are struggling in any of their core subjects I highly recommend you use DAWN AND LEE @ KIP.
