Excellent service from start to finish from MRA. We had a rat issue in our workshop and they came promptly (same day) to start the 3 visit treatment and we are now rat free and Mason provided great advice on how to prevent them coming back, he is a credit to this company. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Highly recommend, had a rat causing havoc in the kitchen, Mason arrived the same day of calling and located a redundant drain pipe under the kitchen floor subsequently letting rats in from the sewer. He fit a non return valve the same day to prevent any new rats coming in and set some bits up inside to deal with anything already in. Very professional and polite throughout the whole process, thank you!

Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!

Had a problem for several months and dealt with the council without success before we used H&Co's services. Chris was very friendly and identified the problem on a first visit. It only took few more visits to sort out the issue altogether. We received quotes from larger services and they are extortionate compared to H&Co. Chris is incredibly knowledgable about his craft and is very dedicated to his work. He was very responsive and keen to help. I would 100% recommend his services as he will deal with any issue professionally and sort it out quickly.

Always good to support a local business. Chris arrived on the day of my call within a couple of hours. He was friendly, spoke knowledgeably about the problem (a wasp nest) and treated the issue promptly. Highly recommended.

Chris was able to come over and sort the issue the same day. He diagnosed the potential cause and advised a solution. He set the water based incecticide bombs and we left the rooms for a couple of hours. When we returned there was no residue or chemical smell, you couldn’t tell anything had been set off. Absolutely fantastic service. I chose to contact Chris solely down to the numerous 5 star reviews on Google. We had a wasp nest growing larger each day in the apex of our roof. He came the same day after calling in the morning and was very knowledgeable and informed us of the process etc. Faultless service, we are so pleased to be able to open windows and sit in the garden again!

Was just by chance was with my builder and notice wasps going in and out a couple holes in the mortar and was told by the builder I have a wasps nest. Called up next morning and chris came out same day and sorted the issue. I was told they may be angry for couple hours not being able to go back home and there was an increase of activity at that point but after checking the angry residents after their eviction they disappeared in less than an hour. Very happy as they started making their way up the wall cavity coming into the bathroom which I hadnt realised as thought maybe because window been left open and they got in that way. Rang at 8pm...advised of the location of the wasp nest. Advised of price and ability to attend in the morning. 9am arrived promptly, explained process and cracked on. Explained expectation that treatment should solve problem, but if any signs of ongoing wasp activity to call back and would return as part of service included in original price. An excellent, professional service, that I would recommend and return to if needed.

I have used Pestforce 3 times in the last 18months. The service is very reliable and helpful. We have always had a very responsive service, usually within a few days of requesting a visit. Ordered an inspection service as I suspected possible bed bugs. Was left slightly unsatisfied after the first visit as I did not think the service had been up to standard. I called up to let them know how I felt, and Gino was able to come round and resolve the issue, very throughouly inspecting the property and ensuring I was completely happy with the service. Thankfully no sign of bed bugs, but I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and friendliness in resolving the issue.

Not all hero’s wear capes…….. some wear wear coveralls and a respirator. Gino came at very short notice after we had just moved into our new house and found we had a flea infestation. he is the ultimate professional, he explained absolutely everything he was going to do and clearly explained what we would Also have to do to make his visit as effective as possible. He sprayed and fumigated the house and again made sure we fully understood his aftercare advice. I haven’t seen a flea since and I would not hesitate to recommend his services and would definitely use him in the future. Gino was exceptional. Prompt in his response and visits. He was successful in clearing the pests and has arranged the property so it doesn’t have the same issue again. Pricing of the service was fair. He arranged a drainage service that we needed and this was helpful. I would 100% recommend Gino’s services.

Gino arrived within a couple of hours of my phone call and identified our problem very swiftly. Remedial action was undertaken immediately and two follow up visits ensured that everything was secured. I cannot recommend this service too highly - excellent attention to detail, clear explanations and timely follow up visits. We will not hesitate to call Gino again if the need arises!

Fantastic service. Booked to stop wasps getting in moms house. Did an excellent job. 2 months later I find that to sell the house the wasp nest needs to be removed. They came out & removed the nest in just a few minutes, gave me the necessary paperwork to keep the estate agents happy plus gave me a minute to take photo's of the nest as additional evidence. 1st class service, no issues at all.

Was having a problem with what I thought was mice,but turned out to be a Rat(s). Called Pestway Services and a representative called Craig came out within 2 days. Very friendly & polite person who went through every step of what he was doing, even showing me pictures of what/where the rodents could be entering into my loft. Craig re-assured me that my vermin issue will/can be eliminated within a few days which made me feel at ease. Craig assured me that he will return in 2 weeks to check if poison has been eaten in both my lofts & that I,m not hearing anymore noises from the rodent. From Craig coming and doing what he did I feel more at ease and its only day 1 (lol). I,m looking forward to seeing Craig again & for him to say the poison has been eaten & I should hopefully have no more problems with these dreaded rodents (only time will tell). I would however call & recommend Pestway to anyone who has vermin etc in their home as the service I received (am receiving) is excellent.
