Rating: 4.5 (902) Price Level:

A real big thank you to the staff at the Robin hood for looking after our family after our recent funeral. We couldn't have asked for a friendlier pub to toast the loss of our mum. They opened on a day they were officially closed to accommodate us. The food was amazing and the hospitality was excellent

Wow, first time I have dined here and what a lovely experience. Beautiful settings, friendly staff and I had a Sunday roast and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. I shall certainly be returning in the very near future. 10/10 in all aspects. Well done to you

Called in for a family lunch and had a great meal. Everything we had was delicious and well presented . The burgers and chilli were homemade and particularly good. Desserts were very tasty too. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food. Would definitely love to go back again.

This place is in the middle of nowhere. The surrounding forest shields this restaurant from sight. In side the Robin Hood is a classic old style pub with good food and the staff are knowledgeable about the menu. It can be loud if your table is situated near the bar. But a good experience nometheless.

Came here with my two dogs on the second day of the opening under the new owner. Love the decor. Dog bowls on the floor, free dog treats and tables and chairs outside with lovely throws to use. I had a really tasty jacket potato and a beautiful home made cake. Has a good selection of gluten free and vegan options of savoury and sweet items. Throughly recommend

We all had a lovely afternoon tea at Baskervilles Coffee House. The traditional tea had a good selection of savoury and sweet treats. The child's tea also had a good selection, having changed the sandwich fillings to known favourites. Our dog certainly enjoyed her afternoon tea too and it was great to be able to give her something designed for her instead of snuffling our sausage rolls. The staff were really happy, polite and chatty. This is a wonderful little coffee shop and a great place to visit if you want to sit with your dog.

Ok, so this was our first visit to the cafe, and before I go on , I was impressed. As soon as we walked in the two staff members where attentive and super friendly, made us feel really comfortable and welcome, We ordered two set breakfast and two cold drinks , both breakfast came with a hot drink and either toast or bread and butter , when the breakfast’s turn up they where piping hot and delicious, I would say for a fried breakfast they looked clean and not greasy, Amazing. And the price was super reasonable, one of the best value breakfasts we have had We will definitely be returning for both the service and the food . Well done 👍

A really good old school café with food and atmosphere to match. If you were ever a kid who'd go out with your mum and dad or even grandparents to a market on a weekend then it wouldn't surprise me if you went somewhere like this. It's not fancy or snooty, it's relaxed, home-y and just old school. If you don't know what that means then I honestly think you may have missed out on some great memories growing up. For those looking for more specific information, the foods great, the options are plenty including Vegetarian and the price is affordable.

This cafe has gone above and beyond to make my dad's day. He's been in hospital 6wks and has been going on about a cooked breakfast. Just Eats didn't deliver from here to the hospital today. I didn't want to disappoint my dad, spoke to the cafe and they have gone above and beyond 💝💝💝.... they are going to deliver the breakfast themselves. My dad is absolutely amazed... And I can't thank the cafe enough.... absolutely brilliant. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️.... you've made my dad smile 😊

Have visited here on a couple of occasions and there’s a cosy yet vibing atmosphere. The Caramel lattes are so lovely and go down well with a cheeky Chocolate muffin. The service is really great from all staff. Being a wheelchair user wasn’t a problem for us unless it gets really busy which it does at usual peak times. Well worth a visit and the staff sure make you feel welcome.

The coffee, service, cakes and atmosphere are great at this independent coffee shop. The ready-made snacks are variable, but don't let that put you off, it's a coffee shop! Also, there's no WiFi, and mobile signal is weak inside, so if you want to have a conversation, this is the place!

We took a walk down to Burham from Bluebell Hill Village and popped into this nondescript little pub for a well earned drink. We could not have guessed that a portion of potatoes and gravy could be Kent's best kept snack secret. When I say delicious, I mean awesome. Proper gravy with meaty bits afloat and roast tatties made with what must be dripping. We went full on Neanderthal and drank the remaining gravy from the pot. Then we spied a couple's full Sunday roast and booked a table immediately. Courteous service. Friendly punters. Can't wait to get back here.

I was cycling past this establishment and saw a large, high loaf of bread. I noticed that all or most of the items for sale were baked on the premises. I purchased the loaf, an apple and apricot pastry and a slice of almond covered cake. Everything was a delight to eat. Thank you for that pleasure. I will be back. I recommend this shop to eveyone

Real old school, takes me back to being a kid. No airs and graces, lovely man who owns it. The bread is really tasty, even when you toast it, not like the supermarkets wrapped in plastic.

This is a great little bakery. When I opened the door and stepped inside, it took me back 55 years when I was a lad. The smell was fantastic, the produce was top quality. I bought some bread and doughnuts absolutely wonderful. The bread is sill as fresh as when I bought it, 5 days earlier. I can’t wait to go back there again soon. Absolute heaven! APM.

The Bar We were looked after by Kenny!!!! He is extremely friendly and has a great approach with customers, his character and positive personality makes the whole experience incredible, I feel he is manager material, not sure if he already is? My sister and I have had a lovely spa experience, we have an annual trip here, which has been lovely this time. Our room was a bit too hot, we were unable to turn the radiator down, however it was still a lovely stay 😀

Myself and partner stayed for only one night, last night and the hotel itself was wonderful. Staff so accommodating, rooms & bathrooms clean. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Smokers courtyard! So we didn’t have to stand out front in the cold (heaters, seats and umbrellas) Rooms were clean, bedding was luxurious, shower pressure was pretty good too. Provided was a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Kettle and cups, coffee and tea. Bridgewood use ‘Soak’ in their bathrooms (body & hand wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner) and you can even buy them at the counter, discounted - massive shout out to *Hayley* who checked us out and went above and beyond for the conditioner my partner loved! I wish we could have got all the peoples names who were brilliant and polite. Board games in the reception (for all ages), pet friendly, tucked out the way, nice and cosy/quiet & close to the M2.

After a day's driving round London, this hotel is an oasis. My only complaint was we were next to the entrance and so got woken all the time. Menu interesting, beds comfy, pool packed by 10am. Staff nice. Both businesses people and people dressed for dinner staying. Far enough from the road but some planes.
