As I’m 73 I have used many NHS dentists over my lifespan however this dentist stand out far above the rest. I was treated with the utmost respect as soon as I went in the door and personally escorted to the dental room exactly on my appointment time. The examination was thorough without being rushed and my treatment explained to me which included rectification of things that would cause later issues that I had not even been aware of. Can’t give a more glowing recommendation than this and I really mean it as it was like I had gone private - but was truly NHS. Thank you so much

I had such a lovely experience here. I am having chemo at the moment and was worried about going to the dentist as it’s more prodding and pulling but they were so gentle and lovely. Probably the best experience at a dentist that I have ever had.

Called in here late afternoon on a Sunday. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the level of service they provide is excellent. The pub itself is a very old and picturesque building. Well maintained both outside and in. And in the heart of scenic Romney Marsh. The food was great. I chose the sirloin steak, my partner chose trout. Both dishes were perfectly cooked, and very well presented. And there was oh so much of it! I would recommend paying a visit to The Woolpack Inn, for all the reasons above!

If there were more than 5 stars, the Woolpack Inn would get them. Excellent customer service and the food was splendid. This is definitely my new favourite pub. I can't wait to go back!!!

Wholesome Heating absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. We wanted to have exposed copper pipework fitted in our home and we had a clear vision in mind. They fitted our complicated heating system with ease and we’re so pleased with how beautiful it looks and how well it works. They were professional, respectful, tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. I couldn’t recommend Wholesome Heating more.

Cannot recommend Bridge Dentist practice enough! They are all fantastic! My three children have been here since a very young age. I went for the first time in 8 years recently as was terrified, they were all amazing with me! Everyone is so friendly and patient! I have now been to the dentist for treatment and to the hygienist and feel so much calmer all thanks to the dentist’s and staff on reception just being so great, you can always get an appointment easily, and they are beyond helpful!! I was a nervous wreck with a wisdom tooth to be removed which he done with in 10 seconds . Honestly he’s amazing at what he does the whole team are very polite and warming. I've been using this practice for well over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the treatments I have received. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, caring and professional. The dentists are easy to talk to and reassuring when explaining the treatments you need, which they perform quickly and painlessly. The nurses are very sensative and caring and put you at ease during the treatments. As this is a small practice I feel I get a more personalised attention and do not hesitate to recommend them.

I was incredibly pleased with how these guys helped my elderly father in law today. Keen to get his heating sorted after two weeks of no heating in his home. It's refreshing to find tradespeople who respect your time and are as communicative as Jamie. He clearly prioritizes meeting his clients' needs, tailoring his services to ensure complete satisfaction. Ivan also offered me valuable advice for my installation. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this surgery and I bless the day I plucked up the courage to contact Russell. Absolutely brilliant in everything they do. Fantastic customer service and bedside manner, extremely approachable. Russell is nothing short of a miracle maker, he managed to achieve results I never dreamt possible, I no longer hide my smile. Ian is fantastic at root canal problems and cured a problem that I had off and on after a dodgy root canal over thirty years ago . Jess the hygienist is just so lovely and the reception staff are ultra friendly. I really can't say enough to stress just how good they are so you'll have to find out for yourself

Couldn’t speak highly enough of Stone Rock Dental Care – I highly, highly recommend. I have spent the entirety of my life terrified of dentists, until I came across Stone Rock. I am truly in awe of how accommodating everyone is and how comfortable they make you feel; there is 0 judgement. I suffer with autism and struggle with sensory issues – Stone Rock were extremely conscious of this and went out of their way to provide me such gentle care. Ian managed to achieve results I never thought could be possible – I no longer have to hide my smile. For the first time in my life, I am proud of my teeth and cannot wait to show them off. I couldn’t have wished for a nicer bunch of professionals to carry my dental work out for me. All of the reception staff are super lovely, efficient and accommodating. Special shoutouts to Ian, Claire (Ian’s nurse) and Jess the hygienist whom I met with regularly over the last year whilst receiving treatment here. Not to forget Nico the anaesthetist who made me feel completely safe and at ease throughout sedation. Despite living 45 minutes away, I will be returning to Stone Rock for all of my future dental appointments as the care I received genuinely could not be topped and I now wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I couldn’t thank Stone Rock enough for all of the amazing treatment, my new perfect smile and the huge confidence boost that comes with!
