Excellent dental practice with very friendly, efficient, experienced and honest staff. I regularly see Dr Basset (dentist) and Ander (hygienist) both of whom are brilliant, communicative and expert. The practice is very conveniently positioned in the centre of the town with lots of parking options near the shopping centre over the road. Over the past few years I have recommended Bower dental practice to my family and friends - all of whom have since happily stayed with the practice.

Daniel and Zoe have done lots of work for me at the airport, they have always been on time and always seen the job to the end with what ever is thrown at them, they a always very polite and honest could not ask for a better company to have work with me around the airport. Dan and Zoe arrived on time and did a great job installing new sockets. They moved the furniture around - I did offer to move it! - hoovered up behind them and then out the furniture back. What ās they are. Great job, good price, well pleased and local. Highly recommended.

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Darren the electrician arrived presenting himself in a calm and professional manner, he was very helpful and knowledgeable taking time to ask questions about our specific requirements, custom design and providing a completion timescale. Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say š Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally donāt feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so thatās all good in my book š

I have had a wonderful experience although I nearly gave up in the first week as Iād had a tooth removed and the invisaligners were so sore, BUT I persevered and I am so pleased I did. 56 weeks later I have a new smile and I am so pleased. Also because I was strict with myself as to how long I had them in over a 24 hour period I didnāt need to have any more news aligners. I would highly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice too, everyone was very helpful and kind.

I am an Invisalign patient nearing the end of my treatment and all I can say is WOW! The whole team are great at this practice... Dr Jan has been incredible and the results I am seeing are nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and in an easy way to understand, you never feel rushed and he is extremely friendly, approachable and gentle. I have also had 2 appointments with Victoria during my Invisalign treatment, the first for hygiene and the second for a filling. Victoria is so friendly (it's like chatting to a friend) and, like Jan, incredibly gentle and amazing at explaining what is happening during the treatment process which really makes all the difference. I have never received such care at any other dental practice.. I have finally found a gem of a dental practice.

I thoroughly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice to anyone. Starting with the hygienist appointment (which I have always been afraid to attend due to sensitive teeth). The hygienist totally listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I will ALWAYS trust the hygienist there and never use another. I then had porcelain veneers fitted on my top four teeth. Again, I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. Throughout my whole experience there I was made to feel comfortable, informed throughout by professional caring individuals. I booked an appointment at the end of July to see Dr Jan Einfeldt as I was suffering from an ongoing abscess which was really painful and needed treatment. Also I was overdue a checkup having moved to the area 18 months previously. Dr Jan was absolutely wonderful as he not only thoroughly checked my teeth, but also x-rayed and scanned them. The result was that the abscess had been draining but the tooth needed attention along with two other teeth up on the same area and next to the problem tooth. He advised that the best long term solution would be to have a cap and a bridge providing that the existing teeth could be saved by being root filled. Obviously that couldn't be guaranteed at this stage but hopefully that would be the preferred outcome. Dr Jan said that if I was happy with his suggestion, which I definitely was, then he would refer me to a specialist dentist who was an expert in root canal treatment. That course of action was taken and my teeth were successfully saved and root canal filled and prepared for Dr Jan to then provide and fit the new bridge and crown. I have done a separate review for Pearl Dental Care and Dr Karim who is based in Sevenoaks and undertook the root canal treatment. I then returned to Dr Jan and again he fully explained the next steps, told me the cost and went on to scan my mouth and to provide all the information required to send to his chosen technician, who would then produce the new bridge. Two weeks later, I returned to have the new bridge fitted and I am absolutely delighted - it is just like having my original teeth back but so much better. The bridge is easy to keep clean and I am thrilled to be able to eat and chew food without discomfort. It has been money very well spent and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Jan and his team to anyone needing to see a dentist. Both he and Dr Karim are absolutely unique and real craftsmen, whilst also being very down to earth and explaining everything very clearly. They are both anxious to help maintain and protect original teeth as far as is possible unlike previous dentists that I have been to who just want to take teeth out and fit implants! My grateful thanks to both these dental practices and these two exceptional men who go above and beyond with their excellent approach and dental care.

Iāve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Einfeldt at Staplehurst Dental Practice and I am so happy with the results! ( pictures below, Whitening still to go tho) From start to finish the whole team at Staplehurst Dental Practice have been fantastic. They have been honest, very friendly and really did made me feel comfortable while I was there. I had finished the initial course but after a consultation they wanted to do a few more tweaks to get my teeth absolutely perfect! It added another 7 more weeks but what a difference! All in all it took only 8 months to get the perfect smile. I had a few Invisalign consultations else where before I started my treatment but Staplehurst dental was by far the best! After seeing Dr Einfeldt, I knew I was in safe hands as I could tell he is a perfectionist. Iām just so glad I went with them! Thank you to you all.

A completely different experience of a visit to the dentist! This practice is welcoming, friendly and sensitive to how people might be feeling - this is how every visit feels at Rustall Dental Practice. Don't be surprised by the size - itās a small terraced house but it is immaculate, is fully equipped and offers the full range of dental services. I would describe the whole team - receptionist, nurse, hygeinist and the dentist as warmly professional and completely focused on what the client needs. I had a lengthy treatment, and throughout I was reassured, given time for a break and informed of what was happening (sparing me of the details). Throughout I watched a wildlife view screen projected on the ceiling. I felt relaxed and secure, and my treatment was completed to a very high standard. I was really pleased with the whole experience. I should add that, like many, a trip to the dentist fills me with anxiety but can honestly say that this has changed. Well done to the whole team!

First class dentist - he had my wisdom tooth out in minutes. I was seen really quickly and x-ray plus extraction all done at the surgery unlike my current NHS practice which would have had to send me to Pembury for the x-ray and to another site for the extraction for double the cost and a much longer wait. Many thanks to Cheryll the receptionist who puts you at ease- I wouldnāt go anywhere else when you have an issue or an emergency. Highly recommend.

I canāt recommend this dentist enough, I was really scared of having a wisdom tooth removal after a previous bad experience but the dentist helped put me at ease with his kindness and humour. I unfortunately ended up with an infection but the after care has been amazing with the dentist making time to see me quickly and treating me appropriately. The surgery has a homely feel that instantly puts you at ease with a lovely receptionist who takes fantastic care of you. 10/10 highly recommend.
