An excellent course for the PGA Golf Tournament. The buses from Ascot ran smoothly every 5 to 10 mins back and forth. Amazing views while walking between holes the course facilities were set out very well with coverage and stands located in perfect places. The grandstand views were fantastic. An overall excellent experience well worth the money per ticket.

Visited for the BMW championship. Firstly the organisation was incredible took us barely any time to get into the ground and to get on buses back to the car park. The only real disappointment is the 18th access to the public; very little space for punter to see the action. I would also suggest they could do with starting the music entertainment a bit early to get punters to stay. The ground itself and the club is fantastic though and would highly recommend.

We visited the club as guests of a member. Absolutely amazing place, from the minute we arrived and the greetings plus service from the staff. The quality of presentation of facilities in the club house and restaurants and bar were outstanding. The history and memorabilia are brilliant and a remarkable history of golf The course is fabulous and every hole is a new vista and a delight. The whole place is beyond superlatives. If you get the chance to visit and play this is a once in a lifetime experience.

Have played many courses in the past few weeks, & despite having access to only limited water the green keepers have done an astonishing job keeping the course in great condition! Best course in the area! Great apre-golf experience too!

Seriously good golf course and some of the views from the tees simply awesome. Decent and friendly pro shop and the food, snack and beer selection was great. Great service too.

We were really unlucky with the most horrific rain, all day. But even with that and the 4 if us struggling to play any good golf, we brought a four ball to go back in the auction afterwards. That says it all really, lovely course and great greens, we didn't see it at it's best, but it was still great. Can't wait to come back with better weather. šŸ‘

Played a match here a couple of weeks back and as a club golfer of 50 years, really couldnā€™t find any faults. The course was in excellent condition, the clubhouse very welcoming and even the weather was spot on.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Fox Hill last year, and Iā€™m just now getting around to writing this review! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is charming, with so much to do on-site, including swimming, tennis, or simply unwinding in the spa. If you enjoy afternoon tea, I canā€™t recommend it enoughā€”it was truly exquisite. We also dined at the a la carte restaurant, and the food was nothing short of amazing, with impressive attention to detail. Breakfast was another highlight, offering plenty of choices, and the cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend Fox Hill to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Played the charming Par 3 Manor course. Was in good condition, only a few pairs playing, a great way to perfect your short game. They serve a great pint of regular Guinness, none of that 'cold or extra cold' rubbish šŸ˜„

Great stay. Very professional and friendly service from Abbey the receptionist. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing letting it down was that if they are going to start selling as a hotel, there is no separate spa or swimming facility for guests only. Also, the rooms do appear as if they need a little refurbishment. Overall , lovely stay, staff were nice and there are enough facilities for a short break.

The hotel is lovely the grounds are stunning, the spa facilities are excellent. The rooms could do with a little upgrading, the shower pressure wasn't very powerful, no sofa in executive room to sit on as in photos. Service was hit and miss - but it didn't ruin our overall stay.

A very nice track, par 69 and some challenging holes. Bunkers seemed like they could do with some TLC (some had limited sand, some had a lot of stones in) but asides from that was in great shape. Highlights were the greens and tee boxes for sure. Great condition

We fell in love with this venue in June 2023 when we first came to view the club. The Golf club was already set for a wedding, it looked spectacular. We booked there and then, over the last 18 months, the venue management have been nothing short of amazing, facilitating our every need. Our wedding last week was the single greatest day of our lives and we are so thankful to Aimee, Jake, and especially Thomas who was out of this world. Thank you all again, Jeff & Rebecca

Good course, very well maintained with a decent size pro shop and club house. Fairways were in really good condition for the time of year as well as greens. It is quite hilly but not too physically demanding and some beautiful looking holes. Well worth a visit.

Perfect wedding venue - We had our wedding here at the beginning of September 2022 and it lived up to our expectations completely. We fell in love with this place for the beautiful view/windows/balcony and the whole set up. We just knew it would be perfect for a party and it certainly was. On the day, everything looked perfect as I had planned, the food was amazing, everything flowed on the day and went to plan. Our guests had the most amazing time and made loads of lovely compliments about how great the venue was. I would definitely recommend Surrey National to anyone who is planning a wedding or any kind of big party. Thank you Surrey National for providing us with the best venue for our special day.

Very well maintained, clean and challenging course. Staff are very friendly and canā€™t fault the service. Fairways are good for the low golf handicaps out there and greens are not as forgiving as others around. All in all, would recommend this to any golfer, great round.

Beautiful golf course with lots of facilities and a good cafe. People are friendly and its a very welcoming club. Its dog friendly too which is a big plus. One negative I wanted to highlight is that over the last year I've noticed the range is often shut. The app notifies us that the range is shut and then never confirms once it has reopened so we have no idea if its open or shut at any time. I've also had a few instances of going there in person only to be told that the range is shut as they are collecting balls (which then remained shut for at least the two hours after then that I was there). Just in this picture you can see how many times in the last few days the range has been shut. Great club overall, but this range point needs to be looked at for improved customer experience. Thanks

A very nice course suited to all levels of play. Compared to other courses in the area (due to the dry weather) the Greens were in amazing condition. The ground was still pretty hard from the dry spell making shots from the fairways a little tricky. The fairways are nice and wide and forgiving, a number of the par 4ā€™s were drivable. The course has some large greens that maintain a good consistent ball speed. The clubhouse and its staff were great. Overall this course is extremely good value.

My wife and I have just started the 4 week beginners course. Week 1 was fun, we really got into it and weā€™re buzzing for the second week. While we were there we played a round of crazy golf which was also fun. Challenging course and very scenic. To end the day we had some food, highly recommend the Nachos & Cajun Fries. Felt welcome, good ambience and vibes at the club and we highly recommend this to anyone considering any of the activites Horton Golf Park has on offer! Iā€™ll definitely be trying the 18-hole course with some friends soon!

I've played this course 4 or five times with both my Society and my friends and have rarely been disappointed. It's a nice course, challenging but not hard, very good greens but doesn't drain well, it is regularly still quite boggy even after 4 days without rain. They would benefit from cart paths as buggies are not allowed when it's even slightly wet. Saying that, unless you're fit, I would recommend a buggy as the 17th hole isn't nicknamed 'Cardiac Hill' for nothing! The bunkers have decent sand in and there's not too many of them, no real water hazards either. The clubhouse is nice, with pretty good food and the manager, Nigel and his staff are always welcoming and friendly. Definitely a course for a couple of visits a season. šŸ‘

First time here today and an absolute delight to play. Fairways beautiful and green. Greens recently sanded so rapid but in great conditionā€¦.green keepers obviously do a fantastic job. Scenic views on multiple holes. Course is pretty forgiving but greens and surrounding areas are a challenge with some picturesque holes. Maybe my new favourite course in Surrey! My only gripe is no beer at the club house to celebrate after my best ever score on a golf courseā€¦ā€¦.but Thank you either way lol

Definitely my favourite winter course to play in Surrey! Beautiful views, always dry, the course has some interesting, challenging and fun holes, and it's a bargain at Ā£30 for a weekend game. Highly recommended. The only thing I would like is some driving nets and a practice putting green

Nice course and not too challenging to play. Well kept, excellent greens and dry even after all this rain. Very friendly and helpful staff in the tiny proshop. The only downside was as a singleton I followed a fourball of members for 18 holes. Learn to call people through guys.

Given the recent weather we've had, Clandon golf course is in tremendous condition, fairways well maintained and kept, greens clean and sharp, I was so happy with my round of golf today. A fantastic course which has to remain in the heart of Surrey! If I have one bug bare, it's the cost of a bacon and egg roll, other than that - a brilliant course and I will be back!

Great golf course! It's not pretentious, well-kept, reasonably priced, and offers an amazing view. They also have a 9-hole option, which is exactly what we were looking for. The buggy rental was very affordable as well. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I recommend visiting if you're just looking to play some golf without all the bells and whistles.
