The tree in my back garden fell over and partially over the neighbours fence. The lads went out of their way as it was an emergency call and also worked into the night too whilst doing a brilliant job taking the whole tree out and charging an excellent and affordable fee. Highly recommended 👌🏻

To start with,they give you a reasonable quote/ they com on time with all their tools, they do all the work that required, they clear all the mess,and during the work they are friendly to talk to,and give good advice. What can I say! Richard came and saved the day today rescuing my cat from a 30 ft high conifer tree. It was not an easy job either! He took time and risks to do it and I am forever greatful. I recommend this company highly. Excellent service with a smile! Thanks again guys :)

Richard what can I say Top Guy period. Having been let down by a local well known tree surgeon who failed to answer any of my numerous calls I was desperate and needed to find another service provider quick. I took to the internet Friday 12th August, everyone was too busy for me until I stumbled across Shape Tree & Gardens, who were also very busy, however having explained that I should have had my trees cut down Wednesday 10th August in time for the fitting of steel gates Tuesday 16th August, Francis (great woman) understood my predicament said that she would talk to Richard although she could not promise anything as they had a small job on Saturday morning. To my surprise Richard came and looked at the Job Friday evening around 9:45, there we were with our mobile torches trying to assess the work. To cut a long story short Richard managed to get hired help and showed up on Sunday while I was away on business. My wife and daughter stood proxy for me however Richard made it easy for them and stress less for me despite not being on site. Not only did Richard cut the Trees down he cleared and levelled the land plus extras i.e. (temporary fencing at no extra cost to secure my property) and still only charged the competitive price he quoted. I did not realise the amount of work that was required. The gates were installed as agreed with ease, as the ground preparation was so good. Would I recommend Richard (Shape Tree) Yes, Yes, Yes :O) He saved the day Mr L. Brown

Excellent, speedy response on a very hot Sunday afternoon, after the cat had been stuck up a very tall tree for over 24 hours. Richard came out and got the cat down from the tree with minimum fuss and maximum care and consideration for the cats wellbeing. Not only an excellent tree surgeon but also a brilliant cat whisperer. I would definitely use their services again for any issues in my garden. Reliable trustworthy very good at their job. Thank you
