Yup, the good reviews are on point. Gavin & his team did a full rewire of my house, and every aspect of working with him was A1. Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.

I have used Gavin and his team for some outside lighting installation on an Aircraft Hangar at Bournemouth Airport which I am very satisfied with. Used Topsparks multiple times. Telephone always answered quickly. Plumber always sent next day if urgent. Plumber always shows up on time and stays to complete the job whether it is 2 hours or 8 hours. Mike and his apprentice are outstanding and did a thorough job and worked really hard. The whole team at Topsparks is ‘user-friendly’. They are very considerate towards my 94-year old father and his needs and provided full technical explanations. Good value and reasonable pricing. Plumber was re-sent on one occasion when further work needed and I was not charged. My thanks to Karen, Aran, Mike and Tim.

We changed the missmatched under cupboard and dodgy cooker hood lights. Stuart has changed halogen to LED so that they are all the same, and replaced broken ones. In the process he discovered that the extractor hose outlet had been bodged. The sticky tape (!) had disintegrated. He went back to the wholesaler to get the right sized reducer. Such a nice man. He is the first ‘leccy’ that has actually taken the trouble to find out why stuff wasn’t working. Everything is now safe, working as it should, and the lights are all the same colour! A very pleasant change from the previous numpties! Definitely a keeper. Thank you Grays. PS Can’t comment on ‘value’ as we haven’t had the bill yet but we will be delighted whatever it is!

I was having some shelves made. I popped out and when I returned the carpenter frantically advised me that all of the downstairs sockets had stopped working. This included the kitchen, with a fridge full of food. I rang P.N Gray at 15:00. I left a message and Michael returned my call immediately. He said that he would send Stewart McIntyre. Stewart arrived quickly. Within 15 minutes he had established what the problem was. He repaired it instantly, restoring power to the kitchen before the milk had even started to get warm. I cannot begin to say how excellent P. N. Gray is. This is the second time that they have responded quickly to my electrical problems - the previous incident was related to a faulty smoke alarm sensor. Michael is cordial and responsive, and Stewart was efficient and professional. He was even thoughtful of the carpenter's embarrassment. I would highly recommend P.N Gray for your electrical needs.

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. The South African cuisine was one I had not tried before, but it was presented brilliantly to me with the wide array of inventive yet authentic dishes on offer. I had the French toast and it came out so well presented and tasted just as good as it looked! Lovely food and host/wait team! We went for the special barbecue lunch and it was lovely as well as great value. My only comment would be that I'd have loved it if the food had been brought in piping hot but it was delicious nonetheless. Definitely revisiting to try other things on their menu.

Had the best Greek salad outside of Greece and my husband had the best Dorset Ploughman's lunch. Really delicious and well-presented food in a small, friendly café. Generous portion sizes too. You can't see the huge chunk of cheddar in the pic as it was behind the huge hunk of wholemeal bread! Highly recommended.

Stopped for lunch at 'The Posh Partridge' when visiting Dorset on a combined business / leisure trip. It was a relaxed and pleasant place for lunch and both the service and the food was quality and nicely presented. The hot Pastrami sandwich I had was very tasty, as was the toasted Brie and Cranberry Panini. The cost for two toasted sandwiches and two diet cokes was £20.80

A lovely lunch, luckily we found this one for lunch, only looked for it as I noticed the Sign a bit further down the road. Really good food. It was lovely and quiet for us, but I guess on a busy day would be just as nice as the food is good so this is what matters. Thank you so much. A fantastic cafe, serving delicious, well priced food. We stopped for lunch and enjoyed sandwiches, soup of the day, and the crab bisque, followed by treacle and ginger tart and Bakewell tart. All of this was homemade and the portions were excellent. This cafe is not to be missed!
