Lynwood Vets in Wareham is an exceptional veterinary practice. Debbie at reception is amazing. She's always so helpful, patient with immense kindness and understanding. She goes way & beyond to he helpful in every way. All the vets there have ALWAYS taken great care to treat & look my pet. Duncan who has treated my pet is just phenomenal. He has always treated my pet with kindness & really cares about her welfare. Everytime we see him, he does everything to make sure that my pet is well. He goes out of his way & tries to do all that he can to make sure she has the utmost treatment & care. I hope he never retires as he is the BEST vet I've ever seen.

We have always been very happy with the care given to our cats by Selena, Emily and now Duncan and all the nurses and staff. However, the care has been exceptional at times.. including operations for Basil by Emily and Selena. Most recently we had to make the difficult decision to let Rosie be put to sleep at Wareham… Duncan could not have been kinder, patiently and professionally explaining, thereby helping us to make an informed & right choice. Collecting her ashes was hard and again the team could not have been more sensitive or kind. Thank you Lynwood vets. Penny & Michael

Whilst on holiday my two dogs managed to sneak two pain au raisins from my daughter’s bag! The practice at Wareham agreed to see them immediately and the vet, nurses and receptionist were exceptional. All extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with both my dogs. (They even found a band to tie back my bassets ears whilst she vomited)! Really impressed with this veterinary surgery and many thanks once again for all your help. Ps the dogs both managed lunch on the beach and the trip back to London in good spirits despite this start to the day.

We have used RP Plumbing & Heating on numerous occasions across our small portfolio of rental flats and at our home. We have found them courteous, friendly and helpful. When our boiler failed during the coldest part of January, RP Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and arranged to install a new boiler within days. Their customer service was excellent, the price was very competitive and they turned up when they said they would, completing the job within the day. The plumber (Dan) did a very tidy and professional job and we are completely satisfied with the work. Thank you to all involved.

After 3 price quotes across three different boiler installers, these guys were the best price by a few hundred quid despite being 30 miles away from my house. Very happy with works - all done with no mess in 1 day and took the old boiler away. Nice polite blokes and did a great job. Would definately use again. 10/10.

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

As an OAP choosing specific trades can be daunting, but this firm has been amazing, treating me with kindness, courtesy and efficiency going above and beyond to ensure all is satisfactory at fair prices too. Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. On all occasions the engineers have been friendly and polite. They also take the time to explain what work they are doing and why. They are a highly efficient company which I highly recommend.

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. The work was initially completed exactly on time, and when there was a snag with the shower tray they fixed it very quickly. I can definitely recommend them.

Needed washing machine cold water feed repaired and waste pipe moved to accommodate new deeper machine. The engineers, Ben and Connor were very courteous and the workmanship of the highest standard: neatest hole through wall I have ever seen. All tested thoroughly before leaving. Great job, would use Sani Solutions again and highly recommended.

We stayed in one of the feature rooms. Beautiful and roomy. The shower was a bit temperamental but wasn’t a problem. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food was of a very high standard (breakfast and evening meals). And the staff were exceptional. We would highly recommend staying here in a very beautiful part of the world.

On a rainy , windy day we were made to feel most welcome. The rooms were comfortable , clean and well appointed, with everything you needed and more. Lovely biscuits and fresh milk to accompany teas, coffee etc. The evening meal was excellent with all round fresh ingredients; the pie was sensational. An ideal place from which to explore Dorset and beyond. I can highly recommend it.

A previous frequent and regular stop for us on our way West. Now returned after a few years since moving to Dorset. We love the location and the ambience hasn't changed at all. A hearty and friendly welcome by Tim, but entirely appropriate and not overfriendly. Excellent and a credit to the pub. Served by Shannon who was equally superb and dealt with our difficult friends very well indeed. We will definitely return soon, but on our own........... 4 of us had dinner at a the Museum last night. It was all excellent - the ambience, the catering and the staff. Alex, Julia and Georgie went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you. Fabulous food too so many thanks to the chef as well. It is one of the best places in rural Dorset to go to enjoy yourself and relax.

This is my second stay and have to say it’s my favourite in the area. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are tastefully decorated, very clean and very comfortable beds. Room have tea and coffee facilities with home made biscuits and water included. The food is excellent! A great menu and wine list. The bar area has a lovely atmosphere with friendly locals. Breakfast is also excellent. Looking to book my next two visits already! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent service in an emergency. Staff were responsive, kind and very knowledgeable. They were aware of our personal needs and were friendly and approachable. The call handler was fab, getting me booked in and providing information in a difficult and emotional scenario. Highly grateful for this response and compassion. The Vet we saw is obviously very experienced, knowledgeable and we agreed a plan of action that was appropriate for our pet and situation. Our pet liked her too! I haven't given 4 stars as although an emergency the costs felt excessive to the consultant and interventions. But aware that this is the case with all Vet practice and not exclusive.

Unfortunately our cat came home injured and unable to walk properly. Of course it was out of hours, and it couldn't wait until the morning. We called our normal vet and got put through to Vet Now, who were amazing. They were friendly, professional and informative from the moment they picked up the call, to the moment we left after our visit. Our wait on arrival was very short, Ernie was assessed quickly, and we were advised of next steps and fees at every stage. Of course we all hope we will never to use the services of a company like Vets Now, but it happens, and they made a very difficult and emotional situation a lot less stressful. Whilst we were lucky to bring Ernie home safely, another couple were not so lucky. My heart was breaking for them. The staff were so lovely and compassionate, which I hope gave the couple some relief on what was probably one of the worst days of their lives. Overall a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t fault the service, was seen really quickly out of hours by kind staff. Follow up was sent to my primary care vets by the following morning. The vets set my expectations for treatment, cost and timings. Everything went really well.

Excellent emergency vets. They saw our dog so quickly. The vet explained everything clearly. The cost was explained to us before we got there and after consultation due the need of emergency surgery. They contacted us after the operation and I was able to phone them later for an update. When our dog was discharged the medication and care was clearly explained.
