I recently had the pleasure of meeting Chris from Birmingham Sparkle and I can’t recommend them highly enough! The service was outstanding from start to finish. He was not only professional and efficient but also a genuinely nice guy who clearly takes pride in his work. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, and left my gutters spotless. It's rare to find such friendly, top-notch service these days. I’ll definitely be using Birmingham Sparkles again and will recommend them to friends and family without hesitation! Absolutely five stars!

Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward! After being let down by a couple of companies and individuals we came across HCL and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed. From start to finish we could not be more thrilled and thankful for Fiona and Haydn. Communication with Fiona has been superb and Haydn's thoroughness in his work and advice has been top notch! He was able to sort out a "garden" in my parents' gutter where others have failed before. Would highly recommend. We're now planning on using them every year! Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. Quick responses, set prices and no complaints, even though my tenants didn't vacate the property when they said they would. They did a deep clean and the new tenants are over the moon with how fresh and clean the property now looks and feels. They were on time, courteous and flexible - couldn't have asked for more. I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough. My partner and I have struggled with our mental health, and our kitchen had become completely unusable. It took a lot of courage for me to ask for help, but I am so glad I did. The cleaners came in and worked absolute magic. They were thorough, professional, and incredibly understanding. The transformation was amazing, and it has genuinely improved our quality of life. I’ll definitely be asking for their help with the rest of the house when I can afford it. I’m beyond grateful for their hard work and the care they put into what they do. Thank you so much! Also, the value for money was incredible, as they cleared out all the rubbish, got the oven spotless, the hob shining, the microwave back to new, and the fridge & freezer cleaned out. Mike and Gary came early this morning (on a Saturday) and cleared almost a months worth of rubbish from 18 flats. You can imagine how much rubbish this was, including maggots and at least one very lively rat!! They worked so hard & efficiently and left the area spotless. We are so impressed and would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Although most of the other tenants didn't have the opportunity to say thank you - we're sure all of them appreciate all that Mike & Gary have done. Both men had a lovely cheerful disposition and worked dilligently, reminding us of the words at Proverbs 13:4 "...The dilligent one will be fully satisfied (or prosper)". We use Expert Cleaning & Maintenance 4 U a couple of times per year and once again have had an excellent service with plants removed from roof, weeds and debris removed from side entrance, overgrown hedge cut back that had grown over roof and chairs disposed of. I had my windows cleaned by Oliver James Window Cleaners for the first time this week. Their representative was really polite and professional. He took time and care to clean my windows properly. I did have to wipe the ledges over upstairs due to a few stubborn marks, which was only to be expected as my windows hadn’t received a full proper clean for a number of years. However, one wipe and the marks went. Really pleased with the results and will definitely use them again.

Absolutely first class service from enquiry to first clean. We had the guttering, fascias and windows cleaned. The finish was as good as new. The cleaner was exceptionally tidy and left no residue or debris behind. Brilliant service. So much so my neighbour has enquired also .

Had a gutter clean and windows cleaned last week and excellent service. It had been a while since my windows had been cleaned but the staff member was friendly helpful and got on with the job and now windows sparkle only down side I needed to clean inside windows!! Many thanks very reasonable price too! Gutter clean was needed and was completed no real problems and gives me some peace of mind great service!
