changed our cleaning contract to CCM just over two years ago, due to receiving a poor service from another contractor. To date I have found them to be highly professional, efficient and responsive, which now means that we get the required service.
The staff, are reliable, always on time and work to a very high standard. Dom also visits site on a monthly basis to ensure they are meeting the specification.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any other businesses looking for specialist cleaning services.

Complete Clean Management is a company that I would definitely recommend. We have been using CCM for just over two years at our offices for CRS Professionals, in Central Birmingham and have always found them to be professional, courteous and reliable. From my first meeting with the owner Dom Bacciocchi, they have delivered on their promises. (Something which is difficult to find these days!). Dom understood our requirements straight away and has provided us with a great service ever since.
