Rachel is responsible for cleaning our service apartment in Birmingham on a long term contract. This role is demanding as the apartment is highly dependent on cleaners to ensure that everything is well and to report concerns and ensure that the apartment is cleaned to the highest standard. Rachel is able to work under pressure as at times the apartment has to be cleaned promptly to allow other guests to check in. Rachel has provided an excellent service. She is professional in her approach and she goes extra miles in ensuring that the service she provides is of the highest standard. I recommend her to other service accommodation providers as I feel my apartment is in the right hands . We have started getting positive reviews from guests. Well done Rachel .

Price was reasonable and the service was fine. The young lady who cleaned my house missed the freezer (in a fridge-freezer set) and I had to deal with it on my own, otherwise, really good job.

Honestly one of the best cleaning companies! Always punctual and trustworthy. The support this cleaning company provides not only furthers progress but also consistently demonstrates their commitment to our organisation. Above all very trust worthy!! We have even left the cleaners to open and close!! Update : 8/01/25 These guys are phenomenal! left our company keys to these guys to do a thorough clean from top to bottom, over Xmas holiday period, I kid u not 💯 trustworthy… place is spotless from floor to window sills!!!!

Very professional, clean, thorough and on time. Everything you’d want for an end of tenancy clean really. Very happy with their service. One thing i would’ve liked better to happen is an email confirmation regarding the appointment rather than just the message on their website. Nevertheless everything went as scheduled.

I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough. My partner and I have struggled with our mental health, and our kitchen had become completely unusable. It took a lot of courage for me to ask for help, but I am so glad I did. The cleaners came in and worked absolute magic. They were thorough, professional, and incredibly understanding. The transformation was amazing, and it has genuinely improved our quality of life. I’ll definitely be asking for their help with the rest of the house when I can afford it. I’m beyond grateful for their hard work and the care they put into what they do. Thank you so much! Also, the value for money was incredible, as they cleared out all the rubbish, got the oven spotless, the hob shining, the microwave back to new, and the fridge & freezer cleaned out. I was in hospital after a surgery on the day they came to the house, and coming home to this was the best feeling ever. Thank you again!

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. Quick responses, set prices and no complaints, even though my tenants didn't vacate the property when they said they would. They did a deep clean and the new tenants are over the moon with how fresh and clean the property now looks and feels. They were on time, courteous and flexible - couldn't have asked for more. Excellent cleaning service received from Cleanse Cleaning. Called Tom for a quote for cleaning due to a change over in tenancies, Tom came over to have a look within an hour, provided a very reasonable quote and sent a cleaner over within an hour or so. Cleaner turned up on time and completed the job within timescale. Price quoted was price paid. Very professional service, can highly recommend Cleanse Cleaning for any cleaning jobs and will use again. Many thanks for your help Tom.
