I came back to make changes to the initial review and update it, as since then the company has rectified the issue and now my windows are truly sparkling and clean. A joy to look at and through them. I hope they keep it up this way for all the time to come. Still reserved on recommending them due to the initial situation, but that might change in the future if they keep up with the good work. (Read below to understand what happened initially) "Unfortunately it did not work out for me. I have had bad experience with these guys. Windows were left still dirty, they never notified me when they were coming and even though I complained about the windows not being cleaned well, it still continued to happen. With the second and last complaint they did not even bother to answer. So disappointed. All windows were left "clean" like those in the pictures (pictures taken aprox. 1 hour after they cleaned them, no rain, no bad weather) and these windows are less than a year old. All looked like that from top to bottom. I cannot recommend them. I am sorry. I find Mother Nature's rain does a better job than them."

Flexible if i have had to change the date & always friendly

Really like the idea of cleaning windows with purified water. I appreciate my gates in the are closed after each clean (what wasn't obvious for the previous cleaning service). I'm happy with the service.

I have had the same guy cleaning my windows for several years and he is very nice and reliable.
