We’ve been using IVS for a while, they are very responsive and reliable. We had a few very lovely cleaners, our current cleaner Hrizantema is going above and beyond, she’s very thorough and got so much done in 2 hours! Tatyana on the management team is also very nice, always replies our messages quickly and very accommodating to our schedule/ needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been using IVS CLEANING for domestic cleaning for a long time and recently I decided to try their garden cleaning, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was friendly, punctual, and clearly experienced in what they do. They didn’t just clean the garden they also made sure all the waste was properly removed and disposed of. The booking process was very easy and communication was clear and quick.

I found this firm after having a bad first experience hiring cleaners recently elsewhere. I have no choice in my current situation and had to hire out cleaners. Due to my negative experience elsewhere I was hesitant to believe if all google reviews are real on a lot of firms. However, I can safely say the positive reviews are reflecting my own experience today. Started with quick and clear communication with the office and a competitive price quoted. The two cleaners that turned up were friendly, helpful but most importantly did a great job deep cleaning my kitchen which was left dirty by previous tenant. I am glad I took a chance here and would recommend them to others looking for professional cleaners.

An excellent experience. At the appointed time on a bank holiday, and for a very competitive price, arrived Meg at my home in W8 and proceeded to transform it into a spotless clean flat (that oven!) to return to my landlord. She did it with extraordinarily efficient and careful hard work and was most pleasant, accommodating, and solicitous. Cannot recommend it in stronger terms. Thank you so much.
