Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Jayne and team were very responsive and respectful with their communication, both in arranging the service and also offering ongoing updates. The task, though overwhelming for myself, was carried out with ease; despite little instruction. I am greatly impressed by the service to our humanity and will remember always the rescue mission carried out. The time it took seemed impossible. I am bowled over by this company their capabilities and the kindness bestowed. I send my love and appreciation to those who came.

Dan arrived on time and was quickly busy. He was very cheerful, helpful and thorough keeping me informed of his progress. He was aware how noisy the machine is and kindly shut doors. I was aware that all the old stains would not come out but he improved them and everything looks much better. He was careful to put protective squares under every table and chair leg.
