I called Affordable Plumbing for an emergency plumbing issue and Jordan and Angel were at my doorstep in about an hours time. They were very knowledgeable and professional and both identified and fixed the issue in a very short amount of time. Would highly recommend and definitely use their service again.

Rafal was truly a God sent. I contacted him in an emergency about electricity issues at a new flat. He was able to come the same day. He did all he could to work out a solution for me with my electricity ( and then even kindly looked at my boiler/ water). Left me with lights, and heating water. Would recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. A plumbers number you will always want to keep. Can not be more highly recommended. BTW I rarely leave reviews, but Niall deserves this one. Very many thanks. Chris

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. Not only that Dipesh tidied up all pipe system around the cylinder. Thank you Dipesh. I would definitely recommend him and use him again for any future plumbing work.

Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

We have an old, extremely complicated and challenging Boilermate with a fault causing central heating to stop. Dipesh diagnosed the issue in no time and replaced the parts. Through out the process, he was polite and explained each steps. Now I have more understanding of the appliance and how it works. Thank you Dipesh! You are a true gem and a gentleman. First time came and amazing village… we had latte and duck (which is full)breakfast which was very delicious. What amazed me was the breakfast was hot till half way through as I ate slowly… lol. Anyw, that was super tasty for me. The whole experience was lovely and we planned to come back again some time in the near future.

Lovely dog friendly cafe in a beautiful village with lots of outdoor seating. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They have a good selection of lunch options. The only critique we would make is that the coffee and walnut cake had little to no coffee in it. But lunch was delicious.

Had a lovely breakfast at the dabbling duck. The staff were all very friendly and service and food could not be faulted. There was only one fly in the ointment. We sat inside the cafe as did a lot of dog owners. My friend has allergies and is a bit wary of dogs so it was a bit off putting to her. They were also all a bit over excited and ‘talking’ to each other which made it hard for us to converse. I’ve no objection to well behaved dogs but not everyone feels the same for various reasons and they are not necessarily just being intolerant. The Dabbling Duck has a large heated marquee outside as well as covered heated outdoor seating. Would it not be a good compromise to welcome dogs only to these areas and keep the small inside seating area pet free. Other than that small niggle it was a lovely brunch before a bracing walk in beautiful countryside surrounding Shere.

Cafe with quite a large garden area (partially covered - they have a heated yurt!) which is well done up and nice to sit in. Good selection of cakes and drinks with table service. A bit pricey though!

Amazing place , amazing staff and I love coming here. Have been there before as well. This time reached after 3 pm so food options were limited . So we tried hot chocolate and scones and loved both. Fruit Scone was really really nice. Next time I will try the cheese scone :)

Stopped here on a charity cycle ride from London to Poole. What an amazing pitstop for 15 minutes. Internally, the cafe is incredibly cosy, with a quintessential English feel to it, in a quiet, bucolic setting. When it comes to cakes, they offer all the classics, and by the taste of the granola bar I ordered, I reckon they have the recipes bang on. I also noticed a wide selection of teas, which I will have to try next time. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area and “gasping for that cuppa!”

Lovely spot for coffee, tea and cakes. Not sure why people give negative feedback to the cafe because toilets are out of action and rubbish is left everywhere. That's down to the people visiting Newlands Corner. Leave no trace is what everyone should do. Keep a rubbish bag in your vehicles and take the litter with you.

Great place to go for breakfast, then followed by a nice walk along the amazing wetlands! Parking is great and free. There is loads of room outside including awesome outdoor pods which we used last time. The food is really nice and priced fairly. My personal tip is to arrive just after it opens, or around 9:30 - it’s not very busy then, and has a brilliant atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly too.

Great atmosphere and food. Good portions and reasonable price. However waitering service could be improved. Used cutlery and plates from previous customers were not cleared before we sat down in the cabin. We had to ask for someone to clear it when we were served our food despite waiters being available to clear it. Cutlery was not provided with the food, so I had to get it myself. The station nearest to us was not kept full, I had to ask for the manager for cutlery and to top it up. Tip for improvement: Waiters to clear tables more efficiently by prioritising tables people are sat at before clearing empty tables.

Brilliant place. Well set out. Very dog friendly. Great staff, great food. It has everything you need even a dog washing station and ice-cream. My dog had a venison chew supplied by them. Ate it so fast only managed to get her picking her lips at the end.

We came here for lunch after a walk around Horsell common. My parents have been here multiple times, but this was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. I have coeliac disease, but they advised that the allergens could be found online and that they had gluten free bread and buns to substitute. They also confirmed the chips are fried separate so are safe to eat. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, plenty of choice. They also have a dog menu, which is a nice touch.

Fantastic service and work by the Baileys Team. This was a full bathroom refit and they coordinated tiling, decorating, fitting and plumbing aswell as arranging delivery of the goods from Grahams Plumbers Merchants. Absolute experts and Luke and team were so hard working, gave regular updates and cleaned up daily. There was also ongoing communication and active engagement with the owner (Guy) and Teresa in the office was superbly efficient and could not help enough. I simply cannot recommend enough.

I have used Bailey Plumbing for several years now and found Guy and all his staff extremely knowledgable and professional and couldn't recommend any higher. We first started using them when we were having issues with our fairly complicated underfloor heating system that had confounded many plumbers before Guy; however he was able to get to grips with it almost straight away. Subsequently we have just used them to re-fit two bathrooms and re-organise a plant room in our house and again their work is second to none. Equally importantly they do not shy away from coming back to do small remedial work or snagging. Thanks Guy and all the team.

A great company to deal with (they refurbished our family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom in early 2024). From Guy’s first visit, through Luke (plumbing, joinery, etc), Darren (tiling) and Kevin (decorating) they listened carefully to what we wanted, regularly checked-in with us and delivered first-class results, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Everyone, including the office team, was friendly, reliable and communicated well. The works were carried out cleanly and efficiently and it was a pleasure having them in our home. Amazing Service from Bailey Plumbing & Heating. We had our boiler and water cylinder serviced. Rob was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Even helped get a radiator working again and gave me lots of very helpful advice on our heating system. Will 100% being using them for any plumbing and heating jobs going forward. Would highly recommend them!
