Lee is incredibly friendly, professional and is a true expert in his trade. Lee has re-plumbed our entire house with a new boiler, and completed a new bathroom this year. Both jobs to impeccable standards, delivered on time and within budget with no “surprise” add-ons! This is the second time we used Lee from Swifty's. But we needed a new boiler this time and he came to check the kitchen units to where the old boiler was and discussed different types we could have that would fit the small area. We asked lots of questions and he answered every one. He also explained other systems we could put in and costs. He has done a beautiful job installing this new boiler for a very reasonable price too. He stuck to the quote and went above and beyond whilst making good. Our flu needed shifting slightly, he repaired the roof area to fit as well as replastering the area around the new Flu position on the kitchen ceiling.
He was neat and tidy cleaned up everything nicely too. He kept us informed of everything. Once fitted he spent lots of time with us explaining how the new boiler works. He made sure we knew how to use the boiler before he left. He worked very hard, not even taking lunch.
We won't hesitate to use Lee again. A wonderful guy.

Lee came in to help with all the plumbing on our downstairs renovation. He:
- replaced old gravity tank system with unvented cylinder
- Boiler replacement and relocation
- relocated water main under new extension
- installation of several new radiators
- installation of water softener system
- fitted new downstairs toilet / sink

All work was completed to an impeccable standard and within the estimated budget. He offers great knowledge and advice throughout the work and communicated very well with our builder during often challenging circumstances.
