Really impressed with the service from initial planning through to final installation of our renovated family bathroom. The team at Paton's (and Dom in particular) were incredibly helpful and patient with our requirements, even when we made late changes to our order. Communication with the team was great and items for most part delivered very promptly. We had an issue with one element being delayed and a suitable alternative was quickly suggested.

All the products bought from Paton's are of excellent quality and we are thrilled with the final finish and loving our new bathroom.

Will certainly use them again for any other plumbing requirements in the future and would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service, quality kit and lovely team. When our bathroom supplier failed to deliver with no warning, and then told us that bits of our bathroom - which had been on order eight weeks - would not be available for a further three months, and with our builders waiting to start work on a tight schedule, a call to Paton got us back on track. They delivered a bathroom vanity unit, taps, sink, loo and bath in 24 hours. They know their stuff and do what they say they are going to do - can't recommend them enough. Thanks to all the team.

As a non-trade couple we were advised by builder to come here and from start to finish had the best possible experience. All staff extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and happy to spend time with us in showroom. I have advised numerous friends and family to come here when refitting their bathrooms. They went above and beyond with us and the result was a fantastic, solid, durable, beautifully finished bathroom. There was absolutely no hard-selling, just factual and sound advice relating to quality/finish/durability. Quotes were sent out and amended numerous times quickly. A joy to deal with on repeat visits.

I used Paton of Walton to supply the bathroom products for the refurbishment of my bathroom. Steve was extremely helpful. He suggested products to fit my small bathroom that were within the budget I had to spend. Once ordered, everything was kept at their warehouse until I needed it and it was delivered to my home at short notice when required. A friendly efficient local service. I would definitely recommend.
