I have been so pleased with their service and work, as well as it being a pleasure to have them around too.

They were tasked with converting our rotten, broken, falling apart decking, which was across about 5/6 different levels, into a patio which could be fit for use.

We were impressed from the get go - after explaining our need to do the work on quite a tight budget Steve was able to share so many ideas about what we could do and how we could manage the budget (where others had just quoted an extortionate amount!). He gave us advice and suggestions which were super helpful and really did pay attention to our asks and requirements.

Upon commencing the work, we couldn’t have been happier with the service! Steve and Gavin were super friendly, hard working and really know what they’re doing! They kept us informed about their progress and decisions throughout the work and reassured us when they had discovered hidden “treats” (2 drains below the decking) about how they could be easily dealt with and fitted in to look good.

Fuelled by a few cups of milky coffee, they cracked on with the work so efficiently and have done such an amazing job! We are so pleased with the end result - the care and attention given to the work is clear and we are so happy we have an amazing patio that we can be proud of this summer 🤩

SDS did a great job with our garden. They laid a patio and recommended a beautiful stone for it. They suggested different ways of setting up the fencing and bedding to give shape and texture to the garden. Really happy with the result.

Highly recommend SDS! Steve and Gavin were great and have completely transformed our garden. We got a large patio done, then a path down to a smaller patio area at the back of our garden so it covered 3 areas. Both Steve and Gavin were helpful, informative and reliable throughout the whole process. We also decided a couple of things last minute like removing a bush and they were completely accommodating. Our young kids were mesmerised by the whole experience - loved watching their digger, cement mixer etc and they were always kind and friendly to them. The patio looks amazing, we are delighted with it and can’t wait for spring to be here so we can get out and enjoy it more. Highly recommend them for your patio / landscaping needs.

Steve & Gavin have transformed my original "Japanese" garden that was delivered with my new house. We had a new Patio laid, new lawn installed and great fencing created for the whole perimeter! Steve even returns every spring to fertilise and check the lawn. Even built a BBQ area out of remaining extension bricks from little more than a passing comment from myself! Great guys, great team and would have no hesitation in recommending them for your garden needs!
