Tony fitted us a new boiler and we are very happy with his work and high level of professionalism. He accommodated all of our requests for the relocation and worked hard to make the installation as neat as possible. We felt the quote was very competitive and have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.
Tony has done lots of work for us over the last 8 years and we have been delighted with the quality of his work each time. Tony responds to messages quickly, he always offers solutions and alternatives when needed. He is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient and leaves everything cleaner and tidier than it was before he arrived! We wouldn’t use anyone else.
Just had a new bathroom suite installed as part of a loft conversion. I had some challenges around the waste pipe. Tony addressed the issue with ease. He is now my "go to" person when it comes to plumbing. Also, Its worth highlighting that he operates with integrity and honesty. Characteristics that are unfortunately pretty rare nowadays. Contacted Field Plumbing Services on recommendation after an overnight water leak was discovered in our upstairs bathroom. The engineer (Tony) was able to fit us in that day between jobs. He was even kind enough to give me the heads up when he was leaving the previous job.
A full, thorough and methodical assessment was completed which established that the water leak was actually the result of a failed valve at the back of the sink unit (not the toilet as was initially first believed). The valve was replaced there and then.
Invoice sent out via email the following day with bank transfer details making payment incredibly easy.
I will definitely be hiring Field Plumbing Services again in the future.
Great work on our cylinder replacement Tony and his Apprentice was prompt, knowledgeable, and completed the job flawlessly. Reliable service with great attention to detail highly recommend.
