We used used Osvaldas to build a two storey extension on our daughters house, his work ethics are second to none . He is such a hard working , conscientious builder , he stayed with the job from start to finish , working from plans and satisfied building control every step of the build . Affordable builders knocked through a load bearing 2nd floor wall and installed a RSJ, removed and built new stud work and completely gutted and refitted an en-suite. Good communication and very hard work through out, would recommend.
