I was recently referred to Dr Tank at Sapphire Dental by my Hygienist due to ongoing concerns with my gums. I was absolutely terrified. However, I am so pleased that I took the plunge and went for my periodontal consultation yesterday. I am conscious that I have a lot of work to do, but I now feel reassured that by working together with Dr Tank I will be able to keep the majority of my teeth. Dr Tank is so lovely and kind, and explains everything calmly and in a very gentle manner. I cannot tell you how much better I slept last night. I am now in the process of booking my actual periodontal treatment, and I can't wait to get started. Thank you Dr Tank for being so welcoming and treating me so kindly. Thank you also to Cortney (Reception) who picked up how anxious I was and tried to engage me and distract me whilst I was waiting to go in. You are a wonderful team and I look forward (weirdly!) to my first session of treatment and seeing you all again. I highly recommend Sapphire Dental, they were brilliant with my little boy and just as outstanding with me today. Immediately understood and solved my worry about large x-ray plates! Dr Tank couldn't have been more thorough, kind and helpful. I have used sapphire dental for a number of years and my family have also joined following my feedback & positive experience. I have been really pleased with the range of services received from routine checkups , hygienist appointments, issues with wisdom teeth and emergency appointments. Most recently I have been seeing Dr Kavita Malkan for Invisalign and she has been very efficient and really flexible throughout the whole process and I am really pleased with my results. If anyone is considering starting their Invisalign journey or is looking for a new dental practice I would 100% reccommend.

Adrian did a great job putting a new exhaust fan in our main bathroom, despite the grueling attic work! He also hung a new light fixture which presented problems because the box was off center. I have already recommended this company!

Great customer service and expertise. Alan who I believe manages the company was extremely helpful and managed to arrange to squeeze me in-between appointments with only 24 hours notice which I was really happy with as having no heating in December is not very fun. Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend.

Billy from Next Level Electrics supplied and installed an EV Charger for us. It wasn't a straightforward install, having to go through 2 external and 1 internal wall to get to the consumer unit. Billy from Next Level Electrics fitted a new consumer unit for us, and did a full circuit test which found a couple of minor issues to sort out. All the work was done very efficiently and without fuss, all at a great price. Billy is extremely professional and friendly, and turned up exactly when he said he would. What an amazing dental surgery. Lovely environment inside the building. Staff are really caring. Highly recommend if you have a child that's nervous about dental check ups. We've used two other dental practices in Sandhurst previously, this is head and shoulders above those.

I loved the dentist and staff. I felt so comfortable when I went in today for a consultation. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you. I can’t wait for my treatments to start! Very excited.

The Coach House Dental Practice has looked after my dental healthcare for many years now and I would not consider finding another dentist even though I now live in West Sussex. I’ve had quite extensive treatment including implants and I must say the attention and care I received was excellent. Such a lovely team right from the smiling courteous reception staff, the diligent and friendly hygienists and Mr Millhouse my super knowledgeable and kind dentist. Thank you all.

I can’t thank Coach House Practice, and especially Anthony Davidson, enough! I've always dreaded dentist visits, but Anthony's kind and professional approach really puts me at ease. He takes the time to explain everything and ensures I'm comfortable, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who has always had anxiety about dental work. I’ve been a patient of the Coach House dental practice for many years. All members of staff are extremely professional, courteous and immensely welcoming as soon as you step through the door. Having been particularly nervous, in fact terrified of dentists I was dreading my first visit. I was greeted warmly and the staff at confidental were so empathetic. I've needed several hygiene appointments over the last year where Katrina has been so wonderful. Taking time to reassure me and make sure it was painless and also gave a wealth of education to support me. Been a Confidental customer for 25 years and I used to hate the dentist. But not once have I had a bad experience. The team are superb and it’s just like dropping by to see friends. From Reception right through they are super friendly and professional and completely pain and stress free. They have the best technology and super clean environment. Andy kindly came to check a series of lights in our kitchen when we were having issues with them. He called me prior to arriving, letting me know when to expect him and then thoroughly checked each light for any issues. He also offered to check our fire alarms and fuse box whilst he was there. After 18 months of cooking by candlelight Andy saved our sanity, and fingertips, by coming to fix our multiway kitchen lighting. Andy was very thorough and, having had more than one previous electrician replace our switch, he identified & repaired a broken wire in an additional switch which has restored full lighting to us for the first time in forever. Lovely chap; courteous, clean and commendable. Quoted accurately and was on time with a smile. Highly recommend him and will definitely use him for further work. A real pleasure to deal with someone who knows their trade and does an excellent job.
