Thanks again to all at Thorpe Lane Garages for squeezing in a repair to my daughter's car at short notice. As always they did just the work needed and no more. A garage where I feel happy to send my daughter whenever her car needs attention, safe in the knowledge she won't be ripped off.

Incredible service. Dropped my car off with a dead alternator on Friday after it failed on Thursday and it was ready by lunch time on Saturday.

My car needed some MOT repairs that my main garage couldn't fix due to being understaffed. Thorpe Lane got me in 3 days later, suggested I paid a bit extra for genuine suspension arm pins as they're quicker and easier to fit but the rear anti-roll linkage could be aftermarket just to save money. They also fixed my front indicator as that stopped working 2 days before due to water getting in the headlamp and causing issues with the wiring - something my main garage didn't notice when I asked them to look into it. I needed the car back by 4pm, but they weren't sure if it was possible due to other work, so I dropped it in at 7:30 and they had it finished an hour before collection.

Booked car in for tire repair. Really friendly, reasonably priced, speedy and efficient. What more can you ask?
