Just completed purchase of a Volvo XC40. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you to Graham who was straightfoward, easy going and very helpful. Buying a car can be stressful but he answered any questions I had, provided all documentation, really set my mind at rest. Also big thank you to Tony who delivered the car. Checked all round the vehicle, then went through all the controls and extras inside. Nothing was too much trouble. I came across Great Coates Motors on my quest to find a very difficult part for my old Boxer van…and I’m so pleased that I did! What a really helpful chap John is..not only did he locate the part that I had been searching for for well over three weeks with no luck but he had it delivered to me in super quick time.
