MHY Electrical were fantastic, helping us with our new extension. The quality of work was outstanding and Mike's professional approach to his work was hugely reassuring. We really appreciated his advice and guidance with every aspect of the work he did. Mike's done a few different jobs for us over the last 3 years, and we'd highly recommend him. He is always responsive to enquiries and tells you exactly when he can schedule in your job/keeps you informed - if only everyone would do this! - and is helpful with providing advice. All the jobs he's completed have been excellent quality and very neat/tidy etc (he even filled the holes he needed to make in walls - handy for rubbish DIY people like us š). Mike also saved us from a situation where a fitter had wired our new electricity meter incorrectly and dangerously - from my description of the issues we were encountering, he immediately realised there was a major problem and came out to fix it as an urgent job even though it shouldn't have been his responsibility. Prices charged are always more than fair for the work done and transparent. We will always ask Mike for any future electrical work we need!

Luke installed a Wi-Fi connection to an outbuilding for us. It was a job a couple of people had not been keen to do as there were some complex areas but not only has he done the job but itās been carried out neatly- even tidying up other wiring as he went. Really happy with the job he has done and really keen for him to come back and help me with some other tech jobs!

I had a problem with my solar panels which I inherited from a previous owner. The pay in tariff was less each year so Jack from Coastal Energy came and fixed the problem by installing and enphase system.. He as such a nice person and talked me through each step of his work. The result was only 3 panels were working and now all 16 are. Awesome service.

First time visitor after requiring emergency treatment following a bad experience at an NHS dentist; 2 of my fillings needed removing and replacing. From the initial consult to the treatment I was thoroughly impressed! I was welcomed into the practice and everything was fully explained. The dentist was extremely reassuring, explained every step and was very gentle. He considered my previous reaction to the anaesthetic and made adjustments when it was required for the filling. Although I am now paying for private treatment over NHS, it is true that you get what you pay for. I felt in much safer, friendlier hands and will 100% be back for checkups and hygienist appointments. Thank you for making the experience more bearable!

Came here for my friend Grihogs (Grihogian) birthday. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. the best night ever. Even got to meet the local celebrity who used to play county pool. Such a nice and down to earth guy. Wouldn't even have known!!!

James was originally asked to put up a few lights and sort out some switches. He was very professional, obviously a very experienced electrician and tidied up after himself. He also stayed longer than he planned so as to finish the job, due to my light fittings being faulty so I had to go back to the shop and replace them. Really nice guy and would highly recommend if you need an electrician.

So positive was my most recent experience that I am motivated to write only the third online review I've ever left. The other 2 were all in the pursuit of a free sugary cocktail at a grotty hotel bar or such-like. Unfortunately this sweet tooth has landed me with dental trouble on more than one occasion. Fortunately for me, the ever courteous, friendly and professional team at the Bridge dental practice have always been there in my hour of need. They are second to none and I couldn't speak more highly of the whole team with regards to the service my family have had over the past 6 years. My recent appointment mid-pandemic was as excellent as ever, especially in light of all the difficult adjustments they have had to make. Behind the unassuming, clean, family-run feel to the whole place reveals 2 powerhouses of modern dental practice in Heidi and James. It is clear they are as much experts in the art of dentistry as they are in the science. Carlsberg don't do dentists, but if they did, they should model it exactly on the Bridge dental practice Kendal.

Couldn't hope for a nicer dental practice. Really, let's face it no-one likes going to the dentist, but here it's almost a pleasant experience. All the staff are happy and fun, and still attentive and caring. I had a wedding coming up and had 6 weeks left when I decided my teeth seriously needed sorting. They managed to get me in for a total of 8 appointments and with a week to go I was done, happy with a decent smile again. They went well beyond the call for me. Thanks to the dentists and staff...
