Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. They are very experienced in working with churches.We would not hesitate to use the team in future and would recommend to other churches in the area, as well as residential properties.

I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

I would thoroughly recommend using Arton Plumbing and heating. I was attracted to the company as their reviews were so positive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Plough at Langley had an excellent experience with Arton Plumbing! They responded to my call and within 3 hours were at the door! Sue and Karen provided such supportive assistance over the phone. Callum arrived promptly and resolved our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. Contacted Headcorn heating to carryout a service on a oil boiler. Staff in the office very helpful as we are new to this type of boiler, even bringing the original date forward as the boiler developed a fault. Engineer sent was 1st class, helpful and completed all work neat and tidy. Will be booking them again for any future works and yearly service.

A lovely little micropub, immaculately clean and with a good selection of real ales. A tiny garden out the back, seating and tables outside on the pavement. Very impressed so what’s not to like? All the beers were an eye watering £5.75 a pint. Crikey. My favourite tipple is Goachers Fine Light which I can get for £3.60 and £4 in town. I still enjoyed my beer and will return but spend less.

This is a proper community tap / micro pub. I grew up this village and moved away. This kind of place didn’t exist then… but it’s great. I’ve only visited once but will be back. Holly was behind the bar for most of my visit and did a great job as hostess - pouring beers and generous with her conversation - but Paul, one of the co-owners, was there too, and was also very friendly. I met a number of regulars, who spoke enthusiastically about the live music that was due to start soon after I left, based on their previous experience. The beers were all well kept and there was a decent variety (several pales, a stout and a pilsner), all at fair prices to this customer’s eye. (I live and drink in London now so am used to paying considerably more.) My only quibble would be that there was no cask - but maybe that’s something that could be added. In the meantime, I’m going to mark generously. And while I’m not going to claim, disingenuously, that I wouldn’t have left the village if there’d been something like this when I grew up here (the lure of the West End, the lights, the gigs, the LIFE was too strong), I will say this is a hugely positive addition to the village and well worth visiting if you live nearby and have not yet been.

This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

Great workmanship. I needed an electrician at short notice and Darren from On-X Electrical came to my rescue. Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

Contacted Secure Elec to help fix an electric gate problem. Fast and responsive and just the best quality customer service. Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!
