Thank you Voltage Electrical Services Ltd. Voltage Electrical Services were prompt in assessing and arranging solutions on a cosmetic and electrical fault in our garage. On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Darren the electrician arrived presenting himself in a calm and professional manner, he was very helpful and knowledgeable taking time to ask questions about our specific requirements, custom design and providing a completion timescale. Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say š Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally donāt feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so thatās all good in my book š

I had a major power outage, and had no idea what to do, I was recommended Jacksonās Electrics from a colleague of mine, he responded to my text within minutes (amazing) we then spoke about the issue he managed to squeeze me in the same day. Jon has rewired and replaced all internal lighting and upgraded sockets. He installed a new socket for electronics halfway down a wall for my TV. He installed outside electric wire to an outbuilding with multiple sockets. He is easy to communicate, friendly and very reliable. I would recommend him and look forward to using his services in the future.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Had no power to my flat due to an electrical fire caused by poor wiring. Steve the electrician came in and tried to test and reconnect me but the main cable to the flat was old and dangerous to use. With the help of an abseiling team Steve and Mark rewired the main cable 6 stories down the communal wall and reconnected the power within days. Thank you Steve! Mark also educated me on the meaning of IP ratings whilst trying to buy light fittings for my bathroom. Fantastic knowledge! šš¼š„ Not the cheapest company to use but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

Found these local electricians late one evening when i had a fault. Our House is old and wiring needed replacing, they did a free test first so to make sure, so not to over charge. Iāve had a solar panel and battery installation for some years but I didnāt have a way of diverting excess power to the immersion heater in my hot water tank. I discussed options with Mark just over a year ago. He recommended an Eddi, which he fitted the following week. With 12 months experience, I can say that this was a very good call. I rarely use any gas at all during the summer now and the system has behaved perfectly. Mark can monitor it remotely, so any problem would show up straight away. Iām thus very confident about the system itself and Markās installation of it, which, by the way, took less than a morning and was achieved without any fuss at all.

Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldnāt have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally.
