Would definitely recommend Keith. Came out the next morning to help! We needed a shock arrestor fitted for the boiler. Very honest and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to to take advantage like some of the numbers I rang on check a trade who wanted nearly double for the work! Very professional, explained what he was doing and very tidy. I would definitely use Keith again for any work that needs doing and would reccomend to anyone who's looking for a honest reliable plumber. Thanks again! :)

After a slight misunderstanding of us not confirming the first appointment Keith arrived promptly the following day having confirmed he was on his way. He was polite and helpful and carried out the boiler service thoroughly and efficiently. I will be using him again for another plumbing issue next week and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Keith from My Heating is outstanding, he came at very short notice, diagnosed our problem and gave us a very reasonable price. Our hot water problem ended up requiring a new boiler, he was very transparent in his prices and returned to do the work with the electrician on time and made a very tidy job. I will recommend Keith to all my friends and family as he does an excellent job, and it’s nice to find a tradesman you can trust to do the work properly.

I asked My Heating to replace my old boiler with a combi one. Keith explained the work involved and provided me with a detailed quote that covered everything discussed. I found My Heating easy to get hold of, and was able to book the work in for a time that suited. We were very happy with the work completed, no issues at all. Absolutely thrilled with the work done, after we drilled through the wall and buggered the electrics, we panicked and every price quote we had was astronomical. Techmeisters ltd are top quality lads! I called about having my oven removed and my new one installed and they got me booked in to suit me within the next day! Can not recommend Kev and his team highly enough, from the initial contact to carrying out the works everything was communicated clearly with all cost broken down and the works were carried out swiftly at a time of my choosing at the weekend. We had a wonderful experience with Stewart at the Kent plumber. Stewart is a knowledgeable & professional multi trader who completely redesigned three rooms in my house, being, my en suit bathroom, main house bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. This included taking all three rooms back to bare brick and starting again. From start to finish we felt that he really understood what we wanted in our designs, he was helpful and full of tips and suggestions, for example, I had never thought about having a bath with no taps! and nothing was too much trouble. All major work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. He is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. We will definitely be recommending Stewart at thekentplumber and hopefully will be using them when we get round to our kitchen renovation. Thank you again Stewart and the team.

As I’m 73 I have used many NHS dentists over my lifespan however this dentist stand out far above the rest. I was treated with the utmost respect as soon as I went in the door and personally escorted to the dental room exactly on my appointment time. The examination was thorough without being rushed and my treatment explained to me which included rectification of things that would cause later issues that I had not even been aware of. Can’t give a more glowing recommendation than this and I really mean it as it was like I had gone private - but was truly NHS. Thank you so much

I called Ashley Lupin to ask a few questions since I have not been to a dentist in a few years and was recommended this practice by friends. I am someone who gets nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist, hence why I have not attended in so long, and when on the phone the young lady (I believe her name was Charlotte) made me feel very calm and relaxed and answered all my questions and even said when I am ready to make an appointment and if she is in she’ll take special care of me and let other staff know about my nerves so they are aware and can make me feel relaxed and at ease. It was nice of Charlotte to go above and beyond for a potential patient, she didn’t need to at all. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Lovely ladies at the reception who always make me feel more at ease. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but throughout years of patience and reassurance from both the dentists and dental nurses I am much less fearful. It’s incredibly painful when your elderly parents face serious health issues back home in India, and you feel powerless to help from miles away. Recently, I reached out to my dear friend Dr Maddy here in the UK, though I was hesitant and uncertain if she could even assist. Not only did she agree to help, but she went above and beyond, arranging multiple video calls and doing everything possible to support us remotely. My 69-year-old father had been struggling with complex dental issues for months, worsened by his history with blood thinners and heart problems. Local dentists in his area had differing opinions and prescribed various treatments, leaving us confused and frustrated. Being in the UK, I couldn’t speak directly with his doctors to get a clear picture. But when I finally reached out to Dr Maddy, she listened carefully, gathering all the background information, then organized a video call with my father to understand his condition firsthand. Dr Maddy thoroughly reviewed his X-rays and pinpointed the root cause with remarkable precision. She even consulted with her colleagues to confirm her diagnosis, since the local dentists were unresponsive to collaboration. She then guided us on what to communicate to the local doctors, and thankfully, her advice helped them accept the recommended course of treatment. My father’s recovery began almost immediately, reducing his severe pain by around 50%, and he continues to improve. This experience has shown me just how crucial an accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment can be. Thanking Dr Maddy feels like an understatement—her kindness and expertise have truly made a difference. Heartfelt thanks to you, Dr Maddy, for being there for us.

I had a difficult extraction under sedation with Dr. Madi Rizal, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Dr. Rizal’s skill and calm demeanour put me completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous going in. She explained everything clearly beforehand, which made me feel reassured and prepared for the procedure. Her nurse, Emily, was equally wonderful – so kind, attentive, and calming. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Together, Dr. Rizal and Emily created such a warm, caring environment that I felt genuinely supported. I’m so grateful to both of them for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If you need a procedure done, I highly recommend Dr. Rizal and Emily for their expertise and compassion!

Victoria and her assistant were very efficient and professional. I have a phobia of dentistry work being carried out on me. So I was extremely hesitant about attending and anxious when I arrived. I have had plenty of poor experiences and can say if you're a nervous person. Head to this clinic. From start to finish, I was made to feel comfortable, made aware of the steps going forward and how they would be carried out. I never felt uncomfortable or under pressure with everything being explained. From their calm and professional manner I have felt compelled to leave this review as I ordinarily wouldn't. I had an excellent experience with dentist Victoria and her assistant Katie. I knew I was ignoring my teeth but didn’t realise I need couple of fillings and a good clean. Price was very good, treatment and advice was excellent. A lady from reception rang me that they haven’t seen me in three years and asked if I like to book an appointment. Thank you for calling me. My family and I have been so thoroughly impressed with our dentist Victoria and her dental nurse Katie. These two members of staff go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I saw Stephanie, the hygienist yesterday, and she was brilliant. She talked me through the best treatment as I asked for an air flow but advised just a clean as my teeth did not have any staining. She really takes her time and talks to you whilst doing your teeth which is lovely. My clean was so good teeth look so lovely. Have to add the reception Staff as they are always so helpful and very friendly always greeted with a nice smile.

Prompt service by dentist, especially as I had requested an appointment for same day in afternoon, because of a tooth ache. I was advised that I required my wisdom tooth to be extracted. Fortunately, the surgeon was available at the surgery and I had it done straight away. I was handled with care, especially as I do not like injections. The dentist surgeon was great and did the tooth extraction within 10minutes.

I had my upper wisdom tooth and adjoining molar extracted today. From the moment I stepped inside the surgery all staff were helpful, reassuring and polite. I believe my teeth were extracted by Hosam Elmanhawany, who put me (a nervous patient) at ease. He was skillfull and managed to get both teeth out in 10 minutes, causing me no pain, only the expected pressure sensations. Thank you to all the team.

Went for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and ended up needing root canal, my dentist Jason was beyond amazing, at every opportunity he could he would squeeze me in to continue work on my teeth, always asking if I’m doing okay and honestly one of the most polite person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting if it wasn’t for Jason i don’t know if I could of carried out the extensive dental work I needed with anyone else truely a spectacular dentist, I’m truly forever grateful and indebted to you good luck in your future endeavours I’m going to miss your, “ your my best patient “ comments a lot

I had to find a new sugery when my dentist retired. The reviews of Franklin house were good so I booked myself in. I was extremely impressed. No hard sell, no unnecessary treatment, helpful, friendly staff. I have also recommended them to my husband and my neighbour, neither of which had attended a dentist for many years. I left the surgery feeling like I had been listened to, rather than talked at, which is like a breath of fresh air. 5 star recommendation.

My experience at the practise has been absolutely amazing with both the dentist (Dapo) and my hygienist (Ayanda). Both have worked with me to truly make a difference in the health and quality of my teeth and I can't thank them enough. Six months and still smiling. I suffer from hereditary gum disease and crooked front teeth. For many years I have had a recurring problem with abscesses on the crooked teeth. Last year antibiotics finally could not solve the problem so reluctantly I had the tooth removed. Unfortunately I then had to have the next tooth removed, both teeth were at the front of my mouth. Hardeep suggested a Maryland crown. I only needed a single tooth made as my teeth had been so crammed in. Now at 70 years of age I finally have a smile to be proud of and more important no more problems with abscesses. I would like to thank Hardeep and his team, and the person who made my new tooth.

I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

Friendly staff and dog friendly in the bar. Went on a Friday evening and it was super busy in both the bar and restaurant so food took a while to come out. It was a little noisy for us but it was great to see a local pub doing well

Classic village pub with a nice mix of locals and visitors. Friendly welcome from the staff and the regulars with a good beer choice. We were on a short bank holiday break and popped in for a drink on a Saturday afternoon and then for a meal on the Sunday. Food was obviously prepared with care and attention and really good value and tasty.

We stayed here for a wedding at cooling castle. The team were really lovely and helpful. The lift to and from the venue was an amazing touch. Gav made sure we got back safely and even popped the kettle on. Food was really great! The room was clean and spacious.

We stayed just one night for a wedding at Cooling Castle Barn. Brilliant, convenient transfer by Gav to and from the venue which was, a much appreciated, inclusion in the room rate. Very friendly pub with a fabulous chef who doesn’t stop smiling even when she’s run off her feet. All staff were lovely and obviously dedicated. Nice, clean, spacious room with lots of added extras, again, much appreciated. Evening meal and cooked breakfast were excellent! Would definitely stay again.
