My dentist is always very respectful and offers good, sound advice regarding my teeth. He only carries out dental work, when necessary and is aware of the costs involved. I have been at this practise for nearly 40 years and he is the best dentist I have EVER had
Rating: 5 / 5
Very friendly from the outset. All staff very pleasant, made me feel at ease. No criticism on my dental health just what I need to do to improve ready for any treatment.
Rating: 5 / 5
All staff from walking into the reception to leaving the dentist were fantastic. All polite, attentive, friendly, approachable and helpful. My dentist was great, patient, thorough, explained everything to me in a way that I understood, and anything I questioned she responded honestly. Extremely grateful for the care I received yesterday and have already recommended to some friends and my partner! Hoping to get my daughter moved over to this practice when an opening is available. Extremely pleased and relieved to have found a place in this practice. Thankyou for the work you do.

The Stile Bridge
Staplehurst Rd, Tonbridge TN12 9BH, UK | Pub P: 01622 831236
Rating: 4.5 (377) Price Level:
I'd been wanting to visit The Stile Bridge for some time; it was with some excitement that I saw how nearby a restaurant in the Michelin guide was. It did not disappoint. Beautifully cooked meat, with the best chips I've ever tasted - well seasoned throughout, crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The pork sirloin was delicious, the beef sirloin moreso. I will be back very eagerly. Lovely service as well, and some nice drinks offerings.
Rating: 5 / 5
What a fantastic find. The food was delicious from starters to dessert. The fillet for mains was particularly good. Bar and waiting staff are really friendly and we even got the chance to meet the chef, who talked us through what he was serving. We had the set meal, which was good value, and a few drinks - there's a lot of local stuff on (we had a local gin and a local ale). I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back.

2024 October Review NEW AND UPDATED Back again at the Stile Bridge, with the previous chef who departed 6 months ago, it has been time to try the new menu again. At a glance the new menu has inspirations from Asian cuisine slashed with British classics. A very good choice for all palates of flavours. To start, the house bread and oils, the Focaccia style bread was delicious , crispy, fluffy and tasteful, most perfect bread you could ask for to start. The lamb meatballs, had an Indian inspired taste coated in crispy panko, I actually thought the additional aioli style sauce was not needed. Next up was the boneless chicken wings which was a let down, with its dry flavour, baseless and bland texture it felt like the wing was absolutely battered and butchered to create this flattened pancaked wing. Mains : Chicken salad - chicken was super juicy and tasteful, with a salad which isn’t drenched in dressing, the perfect amount for a main dish, with expedited pickles which were fab, and well seasoned dish. Pork sirloin, juicy, cooked well rather tender as welland had great accompaniments with it, the jus was flavourful and hit the spot. Scallops, cooked well, fresh, and plenty of spark. Overall the Stile Bridge did not disappoint again, will be back, and loved the service. Truly so far still one of my top recommendations for restaurants in Kent. Best for those who actually have an eye for food and an open palate. NOT for your typical boring clientele. 2023 Review - A MUST TRY hidden Resturant in the country side of Kent Food Quality 4.7/5 Presentation 4.5/5 Price 4.6/5 Service 4.7/5 Atmosphere / Ambiance 4.2/5 Stilebridge offers an South American fusion with British cuisine, utilising fresh and local ingredients of Kent and East Sussex. It is a show stopper of a restaurant to visit if you are in Kent. compared to other restaurants within Kent, which serves typical British classics and other delicate British style dishes it is good to see a pub serving a different variety of food from around the world, being a Michelin guide recommendation, the Stilebridge is certainly a place that is well worth on the Michelin guide. The food I would describe it as light South American heavily infused with British twist, this is definitely done to please the pallets of local clientele within Kent which are known for having less adventurous pallets, but as an individual who thrives on flavour, exoticNess and wonder, this may also be the place for you as it is especially for me it is. The octopus and pork belly was fragrance, light and packed full of simplistic flavours, which hit each flavour on the tongue perfectly. Had a small cake which enhances the flavour of the dish., I would say the octopus is a touch over done when I had it, but the pork belly was cooked perfectly. The lamb rump was cooked to perfection, after talking to the chef, and knowing that it was a dry aged lamb from Romley Marsh? Very well with the potato jus accompanying it very well with its lights and arrogant flavours. I would have liked more of the sweet potato jus upon my dish, the lentils works. Well I would’ve liked a bit more than those as well. The Korean style, Bimbap works well for local clienteles pallets, however, I would have preferred it a lot more crispy rice at the bottom of the bimbap, after discussing it with the chef, who was very polite and friendly, it was understandable why it was done in such a way. The side dishes of the potato, Bravas and the pickled salad was a very nice for the compliment to my main protein dishes. Overall, the Stilebridge is a great restaurant you should visit, as a reviewer, I never eats anywhere five stars restaurant wise, however, with my own personal recommendation, I recommend a rate Stilebridge very highly and would be back again to try the other menu items. I would love to see more South American dishes because it’s hard to find authentic dishes done right utilising British local projects which I highly enjoy. My compliments to the chef. Thank you

Sometimes, the most unexpected places hold true gems, and this restaurant is a shining example. The food here is simply superb, and it's no surprise that they are featured in the Michelin Guide. Despite the restaurants unassuming exterior, don't let that deter you—the experience is absolutely worth it. The quality of the dishes and the culinary expertise showcased here far surpasses any initial judgments based on appearances. The staff are also very friendly. Don't miss out on this hidden treasure.

Met up here for a bite to eat and was greeted by a sign saying bikers get a free curry on Tuesday! Being Thursday this was of no use but definitely an interesting marketing tool that after talking to some regulars apparently it works well so I'll definitely be visiting again. The barmaid was lovely and couldn't of been more helpful. The food was great and we didn't wait long . The place has a real homely feeling about it and you can tell it's been maintained with pride. Very dog friendly with a massive garden and a huge stage area so summer nights would be fun I'd imagine. See you next time

We had a lovely 3 course meal here. Everything was just right staff, surroundings and food. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of food would definitely return.

It feels like you’re travelling to the middle of nowhere only to find this pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. What a lovely place to have a drink or dinner. I did both! Lots of charm & cute decor making the pub feel cosy. The staff are so friendly & welcoming. The food was delicious plus really good value. Will definitely be back again.

I've been coming here for decades. If course the ownership and the pub have changed but it's always been good and it's now the best it has ever been. A warm welcome, well kept ale and great food. They serve proper pies not ceramic bowls with a pastry lid. A proper fire, a campsite, accommodation and digs welcomed. Perfect.

Just came back from a Halloween party at The Hook and Hatchet in Hucking. Our kids, aged between seven and ten, had an amazing time. We booked dinner, and the party started at five with a high-quality disco and games for the kids. They gave our kids a party bag on arrival, which was a really nice touch, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The party games were brilliant. I would highly recommend this evening to anyone with kids who enjoy Halloween parties! Plenty of candy was given out throughout the evening, and even some at the bar. It’s great to see a pub host such a fun event for kids. At 8 o’clock, it turned into an adult party. We also come here often for breakfast on the weekends. It’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had, offering great value for money and wonderful surroundings. If you have a dog, it’s completely dog-friendly, with great walks on your doorstep in the estate. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Well done, guys!

Oak on the Green
Bearsted Cottage, The Green, Bearsted, Maidstone ME14 4EJ, UK | Pub P: 01622 737976
Rating: 4.5 (2105) Price Level:
Classic British pub, no surprise, you can get fish and chips here and other standard fare. Felt a little more like a pub than a restaurant. We ordered a variety of dishes from the bartender, and they delivered to a very comfortable outside table. Loved the traditional style Shepherd Naeme selections they had on tap my crew put back the foam less Master brew and Spitfire pints served perfectly. Taught the bartender how to make a Snakebite strange as I was the American, but whatever he got, it figured out. Great bar setup and food faired well. Skin on hand breaded Haddock fish and chips spot , although the mushed served warm kind of off setting and odd taste. The chicken burger and other selections are solid as well. Would have included a photo of the 3 onion rings as a side, but my mate, eat them in up in no time flat. Value diners should hard pass on that as it wasn't a great portion. Overall, it was a good experience and worth a look if your in the area
Rating: 5 / 5
Lovely first time visit to this restaurant. There were 4 of us, and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The portions were big enough to enjoy the main and dessert without feeling like you've overdid it eating too much. The staff were friendly and provided great service. We will definitely plan to visit again!

A gorgeous looking pub with a very cosy interior. The food was delicious. Very friendly & helpful staff, couldn’t do enough for us. Plenty of parking to the side of pub & right near to the village green.
Rating: 5 / 5
We had a lovely lunch here sitting at the tables outside. The staff were kind enough to turn on the heaters so we were warm enough in spite of it being November. The food was delicious and well priced. One thing to watch out for is that the food took some time to arrive, but it was worth the wait.

The atmosphere was very cosy and inviting. We love old pubs full of character and this one is one of our favourites. The service was very good, with all servers being attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and the drinks were fabulous. If you are looking after a cosy, inviting pub with lots of character, great service and brilliant food, this is the one for you. Highly recommend!

Came here last night for dinner haven’t driven past many times without popping in. I’d being in this pub 10 + years ago and remembered the out dated decoration inside…. What a complete change it’s classy and stylish with all the staff being helpful, they had premium lager on tap and a great choice of cocktails made by the owner himself. We sat down and ordered our food. We had the home made breakfast on the table which was delicious. The starters and the mains were spectacular so much flavour! I had the steak for the main and I couldn’t fault it by far one of the best meals I’ve had in the UK. Definitely going to head back soon to try out what else the menu has to offer!

First time my friend and I had been here. Atmosphere only gets 3 because it was very quiet but Thursday lunchtime on run up to Christmas. We opted for 2 starters, the butternut squash soup accompanied by delicious warm bread was lovely. Followed by goats cheese tarts, with caramelised onion which were also delicious. The young waiter was so pleasant to talk to. We had two medium glasses of wine and two really hot capachino coffees. We shall be back!

Cannot fault this fabulous pub that’s on my doorstep. I feel lucky I’ve been on several occasions for lunch & dinner with friends & family. The food has always been delicious, the cocktail menu fantastic & the staff are super friendly & helpful in every way. Julie is so welcoming. Will be back again….& again!

What a delightful experience! I was in the area with some friends and, having already booked online for dinner, we called in for coffee after a morning walk and got a really friendly welcome - along with great coffee. As we sat on the sofas admiring the fabulous decor the owner came up and offered us a tour, even showing us the kitchen and function room upstairs. This Pub has been beautifully renovated, absolutely top notch. Every aspect of customer comfort has been considered and when we went back in the evening our meals were delicious. What a find! We all awarded it Pub of the Year and we'll definitely go back if we're in the area again. Highly recommend!

We dropped in here quite by chance just before 1.00 on a Sunday on our way back to London from the coast. We weren’t that hungry but needed something to eat. We were blown away by the Sunday Roast menu and after reading that all the meat was sourced locally and seeing that we could have a roast with all 3 meats, we had to try it. This was the best Sunday roast I have eaten. I’ve had a few so I know what I’m talking about! 😂. The staff were really lovely, they brought a bowl of water for our dog to our table. They also said they would feedback our comments about the food and looked genuinely chuffed to hear it. The atmosphere was also great, music not loud, locals having a good old catch up, and the smell of a really gorgeous wood fire throughout.

A wonderful little tea room on the side of the garden centre. Very cosy and friendly. A nice quiet spot for a bit of lunch! My full English was delicious 😊. The antiques shop was also lovely too!

Me and my husband have made a Christmas tradition of coming here for breakfast every year when we buy our tree! It’s been about 5 years and we still love the food and the atmosphere 😊 they always have mismatch crockery and different salt shaker sets on each table and it’s too cute! The service has always been fantastic and you can tell that they use quality, local produce and really fresh bread. If it ever closes down we will be heart broken!

Fab tearoom! Very clean, and ample room for wheelchair access. Friendly and accommodating staff. The menu is comprehensive and the food is amazing! So much more than a tea room… highly recommend a visit.

Rating: 4.5 (509) Price Level:
Very old pub in a great spot. Plenty of seating inside with both a large bar and large restaurant area. Staff were very helpful and the chef was accommodating to our specific requirements. All the food was cooked to a high standard. The only downside was the relatively high bill compared to other pub restaurants.
Rating: 4 / 5
Didn't eat today. Pub was busy and staff were thin on the ground but seemed to be coping. One of the more expensive pub restaurants I've been in but the atmosphere was nice

Undoubtedly the best Lamberry pie I have ever had. Coupled with excellent service and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. 10* for the specials pie, what an amazing Friday lunch.

Rating: 4.7 (730) Price Level:
What a beautiful interior, what a beautiful building, am so looking forward to visiting again in the warmer months and sitting outside. We are fans of tapas and we're delighted to find them in Maidstone, we'd have visited sooner if we'd known La Taberna was on our doorstep. The restaurant is tucked away but is now no longer a secret as we will be revisiting many times. The menu is inviting, temping, vast and everything we ordered was delicious. Cannot praise it enough.
Rating: 5 / 5
I had dinner with my friends here and it was brilliant. The food was all delicious and hot, we had seven dishes between three of us and two side plates of bread and it was just right! Lovely and friendly service, and the building itself is absolutely beautiful. It has a real family restaurant feel to it and the tables are decorated beautifully. I will definitely return here.

Loved it. As a Spanish person, I find it really hard to find good Spanish places in the UK (outside of London). Very pleased to find an actual Spanish-run one. WE LOVED IT! 🙂

AJ Electrical
Chart Hill Rd, Maidstone TN12 0DE, UK | Electrician P: 07921 364546
Rating: 4.6 (9) Price Level:
Adam has worked for me before and this time it was at my sister's house. He installed an external outside socket for a new pond pump and the more difficult job of concreting in a Victorian cast iron lamp post, wiring it in to the mains and rewiring it. It has been removed from my late parent's house but was last rewired in the 1970s. It is now wirelessly operated from a mobile as well as a manual kinetic switch. This was a difficult job due to the lampost's considerable weight and required help from two team members as well as a winch. As before Adam's work was first class. He and his team members were friendly, efficient, courteous and prompt. I would definitely recommend Adam for electrical work and particularly unusual external jobs as well a=s whole house rewirings and new consumer units.
Rating: 5 / 5
We have been using Adam for a few years now and he is always prompt at replying and coming to appointments on time. He is so reliable and his work is always perfection. I would most definitely recommend him .
Rating: 5 / 5
Adam is a fantastic electrician and I have used him many times. We recently needed some extractor fans installed in our bathroom and also in our en-suite shower room. Both rooms previously were not getting enough ventilation. Adam arrived at our house early and did both jobs very efficiently. He installed two extremely powerful extractor fans and the ventilation and air quality is now much better in both rooms. On another occasion he installed a new electric hob and electric cooker replacing our old gas one. Adam did all the electrical wiring necessary in our kitchen after changing over from gas and it all works perfectly. I have had a lot of electricians over the years and this guy really is the best.
Rating: 5 / 5
Adam is proficient and efficient. He knows his stuff (must be 12 years experience now) and gets on with the job at most costs eg, weather is not a hold-back. I'll have to trawl through some photos and edit this review to add some but be assured the job will be completed to a high grade.
Rating: 5 / 5
We first met Adam about 5 years ago when he rewired an outside awning for us. Since then he has done a couple of jobs for us, the most recent being to change our light switches around the house, and putting a new double socket in our lounge for a new in the wall fire we are buying. With all these jobs, he has been very professional, providing quotes quickly and carrying out the work on time, and in a tidy and efficient manner. We have no hesitation in recommending him. Well done. 👍

It’s great. I have an issue with our rural lunch spots limiting themselves to panini’s, jacket potatoes and maybe a sausage roll so eating here is a breath of fresh air. The menu consists of (but not limited to); a kind of Vegan bliss bowl, venison cottage pie, awesomely large quiche (which most diners seemed to reach for that particular day) and the obligatory over priced burger, which was very good. So I took the burger which came with chunky chips seasoned to perfection and a very good homemade coleslaw. Yes at £13 quid it’s on the expensive side, you could eat a five guys, or even the Ivy for a similar price but it’s not a bad burger and the patty was great so I got over it. Other dishes were very reasonably priced in my opinion, I tried the venison which was cooked very well, as was the large quiche which was peppered in veg as well to really a meal out of it. Last item our group ate was the risotto balls (arancini) which really was top drawer with its xo sauce. I can’t stress how good the risotto balls are. If I really had to criticise the menu one vegan option in today’s world is not really fair but that’s digging deep to criticise. So yeah, eat here. I’ll be very surprised if you walk out disappointed. It’s very nicely decorated, Staff are friendly, the head chef made a point of sticking her head out as we left to say thanks. All these things make for a very pleasant experience.

Love this place so much. I have eaten here many times with my wife but i was fortunate to also photograph a wedding there just before xmas. It was perfect for a wedding - the decor is unique, quirky and compelling - there was so much i could do photo wise. The food is always always excellent and whether you are eating as a couple or celebrating a wedding you will not be disappointed.
