I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.

First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

Friendly, and very efficient staff. Have been going to Lenham dentist since I was old enough to legally go. My allocated dentist is always lovely and talkative, very easy to speak openly with and very kind. Nothing bad to say at all. Keep up the phenomenal work 🙌🔥

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.

Dean has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. He has done a variety of plumbing work for us over the years and I recently called him about a leakage in one of the pipes where the hot water cylinder is and also a leakage from one of our radiators. He responded promptly and came over to have a look and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it very efficiently as usual. His customer service is excellent; he is very curtiuos, understanding and helpful. Competent, knowledgable, clean and tidy. Very professional. Dean is an honest and reliable guy and I have always found his quotes to be very competitive. Finding a tradesman you can trust and build a relationship with when it comes to repair and maintenance work is a big plus and Dean is one of those people. We would thoroughly recommend him and will call him again when we need any plumbing work undertaken.

Broke the tooth off a denture. Visited the lab, very friendly, busy place. Very happy with the prompt repair/ replacement at a very good price, a fraction of what even an NHS dentist would charge, for the same thing! Cut out the middle man/ person! Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend this dentist enough, I was really scared of having a wisdom tooth removal after a previous bad experience but the dentist helped put me at ease with his kindness and humour. I unfortunately ended up with an infection but the after care has been amazing with the dentist making time to see me quickly and treating me appropriately. The surgery has a homely feel that instantly puts you at ease with a lovely receptionist who takes fantastic care of you. 10/10 highly recommend.

First class dentist - he had my wisdom tooth out in minutes. I was seen really quickly and x-ray plus extraction all done at the surgery unlike my current NHS practice which would have had to send me to Pembury for the x-ray and to another site for the extraction for double the cost and a much longer wait. Many thanks to Cheryll the receptionist who puts you at ease- I wouldn’t go anywhere else when you have an issue or an emergency. Highly recommend.

A completely different experience of a visit to the dentist! This practice is welcoming, friendly and sensitive to how people might be feeling - this is how every visit feels at Rustall Dental Practice. Don't be surprised by the size - it’s a small terraced house but it is immaculate, is fully equipped and offers the full range of dental services. I would describe the whole team - receptionist, nurse, hygeinist and the dentist as warmly professional and completely focused on what the client needs. I had a lengthy treatment, and throughout I was reassured, given time for a break and informed of what was happening (sparing me of the details). Throughout I watched a wildlife view screen projected on the ceiling. I felt relaxed and secure, and my treatment was completed to a very high standard. I was really pleased with the whole experience. I should add that, like many, a trip to the dentist fills me with anxiety but can honestly say that this has changed. Well done to the whole team!

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.
