I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

Emergency Dental Appointment Faversham smiles. I would just like to share what amazing kindness, consideration to my needs and overall exceptional service from staff I received whilst away in Kent. The lovely calm, reassuring Dentist, Dr Balsam to the very kind dental nurse Jessica on reception who reassured and explained everything I needed to know regarding my visit! I have only just started attending this Dentists and I think that that they have a friendly and professional approach. I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. They are also very gentle and considerate of the patient.

I recently visited for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The dentist's was also amazing, she took the time to go over my X-rays, explained my oral health in detail, and gave me helpful tips for maintaining better dental hygiene. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the personalised care and attention to detail. The dental hygienist, was fantastic—she explained everything she was doing during the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The office itself is modern and spotless, and I felt confident in the quality of care I was receiving. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.

After Martin Kelleher, the senior consultant dentist for restorative dental treatment at Kings College Hospital London, retired from private practice, he highly recommended Ian Small at St Dunstan’s. I couldn’t be more pleased with this recommendation. Ian is always thorough, considerate, and takes the time to explain his treatment plan in detail, ensuring I feel fully informed and comfortable throughout each visit. In addition to Ian, Sam, the hygienist, has also been fantastic. She is efficient, thorough, and the attention to detail in her work is excellent and I always feel well cared for. After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. Apologies for accidentally only giving a one star review first time...5 star is order of the day....

A job completed absolutely on time and to order, with all points of it very professionally as well as punctually performed. We were struck by the care taken in the scoping out and, thanks to the clear explanations (and documentation) that we received, would have full confidence in the after-sales service which is available if needed. P.S. Six months after those sentences were posted, a second very satisfying recourse to this company enables us to reaffirm every word. The latest job, like the first one, was thoroughly scoped out and very tidily finished. It was an excellent service all the way from initial reconnaissance to installation, with valuable advice at either end of the process about what might best go where.

One Call Electric installed Sockets in my shed (Man Cave) The work carried out was excellent, the armoured cable from the house to shed was installed along the bottom of the garden fence and barely visible. The sockets in the shed were installed exactly where I asked and the trim round the door was laid brilliantly. Super happy with everything they did. Would totally recommend this company.

This has to be one of those perfect destinations. Just lovely ambience . Great for tea , coffee, cake and brie and cranberry roll in my case ( other food items available) . Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.
