John has now carried out 3 jobs for us, the first was at very short notice when we needed to check our consumer unit for the correct rating for a new cooker. John informed us that the cabling was the wrong rating and was honest enough to tell us that it would cost us a lot more to upgrade the cabling. He then checked our existing cooker and pointed out that it may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer to see what they could in having our existing cooker serviced which we did at the fraction of the cost of having to re-wire our cooker and buying a new cooker. John also re- wired a new double socket and fixed a light fitting. John was exceptionally professional, polite and knowledgable and we received a great service from him. We will certainly use him again and have no concerns about recommending him to others.

Thank you so much to John who was on site within an hour to diagnose & fix an electrical problem for my elderly neighbour on a Saturday lunchtime. John arrived on time to give us a quote and sent it through that evening. Work was to upgrade tails from meter to consumer unit and fit two led battens in the garage. All was completed quickly on the day. John also had some recommendations for further work to bring us up to the current electrical spec. Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

Excellent service installed inside and out with no mess and everything working perfectly. Despite tricky hanging tiles on my house did a tidy job. Took a morning to fit it which was great. Unit is superb, quiet, and effective. Price was very reasonable surprisingly so tbh. Would thoroughly recommend Sam and co and will use them again if I have further units fitted.

The customer service and experience here at Aroma Lounge Sittingbourne is truly special. The atmosphere decorations and lighting of the restaurant set it apart from almost all restaurants in this region of Kent. It's like going overseas to sylett itself with how nice and warm and accommodating the restaurant is every time I have visited. Hussain and the gent that always looks after me who I can't thank enough for the consistency and friendliness of my visits here it's a great place for families, groups, working dinners and single travelers like myself to dine and feel at home. Chefs and kitchen staff should be celebrated here as well as food is fantastic and always served with the highest quality of presentation and service. Every dish so far is delicious and perfectly portioned you won't not come back as the service here is very much always customer focused. Been a while leaving this review so forgive the delay but wanted to express how much of a great place Aroma Lounge is and how much it's growing in presence and experience for all guests and how good the staff are here really appreciate you and with the British Raj right next door these are Sittingbournes finest tandoors and other businesses could learn a lot about how these restaurants take care of customers and are actually genuinely welcoming.

Maybe our fourth or fifth time having dinner at this restaurant and we will continue to come back. We chose to come here for my husband’s birthday as it is our favourite place. The food does not compare to any of the Indian restaurants in sittingbourne in our opinion, it is much better quality and so much more flavoursome. The staff are so attentive and really go out of their way to make it an enjoyable evening with very generous drinks and service. If you have not tried this restaurant we really recommend.

I loved my experience here! The food was delicious and affordable - our table was full of food it was just too good. I got anankoli chicken with roti and pilau rice; the menu had a range too for all dietary preferences. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and very classy. Best of all was the lovely, attentive wait staff who even gave me a free drink and beautiful ice cream dessert for my birthday! I would definitely recommend as all of my friends and I loved it and would go back again :)

We’ve been visiting this curry house regularly & have been meaning to leave a review. Aroma Lounge has become our favourite place to dine in Sittingbourne. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They are always incredibly well mannered & welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, adding & & the food is full of flavour. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The whole experience from the initial call for help, right up until bidding him farewell was exceptional, prompt and very reasonably priced. I used to find it hard to visit the dentist but all the staff are very kind and understanding and make me feel at ease. Now my visits are much easier. The dentist is really kind, patient and reassuring, explaining everything to me so I'm able to make an informed choice for my treatment. The actual treatment is very professional and done with care and sensitivity. I feel much better when I leave after my appointment.

Unfortunately a few days before Christmas a front tooth filling decided to make a break for freedom. Not a good look for Christmas! Luckily the lovely team managed to get me an appt the same day and fixed my tooth. They were so kind and polite, and took their time making sure the colour of the filling matched my teeth. I had been a little concerned I’d be walking out with an outrageously white tooth but I shouldn’t have even been a little anxious. It looks so much better, especially considering the original filling had been put in over 20 years ago! I’m never disappointed when I use this dentist service. Highly recommend.
