I took a party of 26 to the Sherborne restaurant and was throughly pleased with the evening. Staff made us very welcome and were attentive during service. The food was great and the feedback from my party was positive. I'd recommend Tamburino Sherborne for a good night out.

Dined here solo on a weekday evening. Atmosphere was lovely with the restaurant feeling very open to take advantage of the lovely weather. It took a little longer than expected to take my order, but once this was done, food came out promptly and tasted delicious. I return to the area multiple times a year for work and will definitely visit this restaurant again.

The best Italian food I’ve had in the UK - it’s tasty and authentic. So many options to choose from on the menu. Most of the staff are nice and happy to share their knowledge about the food. The kitchen closes at 9pm, not 11pm.

We hit this place while looking for a lunch stop on a long bike ride. Thoroughly pleased with the food (sausage & egg bagguette) and the coffee was tasty. Would certainly ride this way again. ... Did I mention how good the flapjack was ? Mmmmm

We have been here twice now .Once for a small lunch and then for Breakfast.The small lunch was superb and very reasonably priced.The Breakfast was fantastic and extremely priced for quality and price .Excellent service ,all cooked fresh.This place is a must visit .

Had an emergency appointment with the dentist to sort out an infection. The clinic rang me and were very helpful and I was seen on time when I arrived. The dentist was excellent and gave me antibiotics. Just need to make sure you check your car in at reception if you park in their car park.

Absolutely great service. Gabriel is one of the most caring, sensitive and professional Dentists that I have seen. Explains procedures in a clear and kind way. Along with his team, you are cared for in a genuinely supportive environment, especially when you are a nervous patient and are helped to feel relaxed.

Excellent service and really efficient. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, the receptionist booked me in immediately and I was in the waiting room no more than 2 minutes. After the treatment, I booked another appointment in 6 months time. I then received a text and email confirmation within 19 minutes. Super efficient!!! Thanks to all

We recently moved to the area and were fortunate for my husband, myself and two grandsons to be accepted by Brooklyn house. From the initial telephone enquiry to actually attending appointments, I was so impressed how friendly and helpful the receptionists have been. I was told by a previous dentist that 'nothing could be done', to improve how my teeth looked. I was totally aware of how awful they looked and accepted the fact reluctantly. However Mr Sherwin put in place a dental treatment plan, and although I have a few more appointments to go, the difference with my teeth has been truly amazing. I cannot believe the difference, I can now smile! Thank you to all. Barbara Toms

I am not a fan of going to the dentist but this place goes above and beyond to put you at ease. The surgery is spotlessly clean and fresh. The receptionists are really helpful and friendly and my dentist Paul Bellis has been fantastic. After recently having a wisdom tooth extracted I cannot fault the aftercare I have received from the entire surgery. Whenever I have called with any issues they have managed to either see me the same day or squeeze me in early the next morning. I can’t recommend this dentist surgery enough!

As a new patient at the practice I have been extremely pleased with my decision. Mr Sherwin identified a number of issues with my teeth which had been unreported at my latest check up elsewhere. I was able to get all the remedial work done quickly. It was great to have everything explained so clearly, an approach I had found difficult to find elsewhere. Likewise, during the procedures I was kept updated on what was being done at each step. Mr Sherwin's approach inspired a great deal of confidence and reassurance. Overall, a really good experience and many thanks to the team at Brooklyn House.

Mark the hygienist is excellent. I had a mouth problem causing me a lot of pain. The pain seemed to relate to the gums rather than the teeth. I visited the dentist who poked and prodded all the teeth and checked the bite and checked for pain with a cold material. None of the teeth caused pain, it was general pain which I believed related to gums. As I was in constant pain which was keeping me awake the dentist prescribed anti biotic. The mouth improved some but was still uncomfortable. One week later I visited Mark. Within seconds he identified the problem. There was an area of gum which had trapped food. He cleaned out the debris and it immediately felt more comfortable and has remained so. He showed me how to clean that area which was not helped by normal brushing. Thank you Mark I will miss you.

I broke my tooth and the sharp edges were rubbing on my tongue. I was worried that I would not be able to get an appointment at short notice but was able to book for the next day. The dentist was able to sort out a new filling and file the rough edges so I no longer have any discomfort and will be able to enjoy Christmas. I am very grateful for such good service especially as my friends tell me they don’t get this level of care as private patients with their dentist

The food was good but pricey for what it was. 10% service charge added but politely told at bill stage and offered the choice, so that was appreciated. The landlord and staff made the experience, good banter so would return but not as often as I'd like due to cost.

We didn't stay overnight so cant score them as we just dropped in for a quick pint after a walk. The barman was very friendly and welcoming. My friend had a sandwich for lunch which looked lovely. It is what I call a 'proper pub' - beams for example that looked like they had been part of Noahs Ark! Well worth a visit!

Had a lovely stay at Hunters Moon. Staff are really friendly and I loved the dogs Dubury and Dilbert. Made it feel very homely. The rooms are small and cosy, they were quite cute and private. In the morning I could get ready with my door open as the room are not overlooked. The area is stunning! beautiful old listed buildings, beautiful nature, such a pretty area. The pub has quiz nights, live music and a great atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. Thank you :-)

I recently had to have my fuse box moved from up in the eaves to downstairs for safety and easier access. The lovely gents from Wessex Electrical came to do it. They were great. They kept me informed all the time, they were very polite and respectful of my home. Cleaned up any mess and basically did a fantastic job. It wasn't easy to move but they did it without complaining. Would definitely recommend Wessex Electricals, no job is too big or too small.

Job was done brilliantly, engineer showed up on time on the scheduled day, explained patiently what is going to be done and how long will it take. Very professional and polite, wonderful man! He took into consideration that english is not my first language and he made sure i understand him. We are very happy with the results. I'm very grateful for the preciseness of the job. Engineer left our property cleaned and ready to use, honestly we haven't seen such good work ethic from a very long time.

Firstly the food is always delicious, lemon cake to die for and the service is always fabulous and friendly. Myself and my teen daughter have been in quite a few times recently with our puppy and the staff are always lovely and attentive. Today I had an unfortunate experience with another customer, our puppy got a bit upset when my daughter went to the toilet and was whimpering and barked a few times. I tried my best to comfort him and calm him down and turned to the table behind me to apologise and the lady was extremely rude and told me I shouldn’t be in a cafe with the puppy then continued to moan and grumble about it to her husband so that I could hear. Having had a bad few days and being unwell, I got quite upset and was going to leave because I was feeling so anxious. The staff came over to me and were really lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and found us another table, and checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and comfort me. So thank you to the staff, we will be back, along with Milo the puppy.

Lovely little cafe on the main high street that offers a wide selection dishes of top quality. The risotto and hake dishes were superb and the panacotta desert was very yummy indeed! Excellent quality produce and would highly recommend.

The BEST hollandaise sauce I have had in years, rich and creamy. I had almost written off eggs benedict as I was fed up with vinegary sauce and had all but decided I had imagined how yummy it was when I was a child. My faith is restored!! The staff were lovely and friendly too. Definitely a treasure!

I have visited before but only for coffee . We had a fantastic lunch of monkfish parpadelle and also tuna melt with salad. Monkfish tasted delicious as did the tuna. The whole menu looked very inviting. It was difficult to choose! Really great value and very filling! Sat upstairs which was lovely and quiet and relaxed. It's an interesting old building too. Definitely a good choice if you are visiting Sherborne for any reason.
