I recently visited Tooth Club for a routine check-up, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

John and the team have been with us all week and they have done a fantastic job. Super professional and really friendly, most important their work is top notch! The team are a pleasure to have around the house, easy to get on with and really knowledgeable, Professional, courteous and respectful of any covid safety elements. They have done a lot of jobs for us, the main job was replacing lights with spots/down lighters in every room and changing all the switches to Lightwave smart switches so the whole house now runs on smart lighting. Additionally john fitted smart relays for our outside lights and programmed them all, and installed a security camera and extra sockets. Anything electrical I need in the future will be a call to john and Onic electrical. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently fitted a new kitchen and needed a reliable and good electrician to help us with the basics, plus an intelligent lighting system. We found Onic on google and we couldn’t be happier. I found Adam to be very professional and trustworthy. I had two different issues with electrics in one part of my house, one of which was how another electrician left it. Adam found the faults and explained very carefully the different options we had to getting power back into the rooms. He carried out the agreed work the same day and got it all working which I didn't think would be possible. He tested the electric circuit and explained what it meant.
