Thank you so much to John who was on site within an hour to diagnose & fix an electrical problem for my elderly neighbour on a Saturday lunchtime. Not only was he polite, fast & efficient, he was extremely reasonably priced too, & did not charge a quick response call out fee. We were very impressed & would definitely use his services again!

John has now carried out 3 jobs for us, the first was at very short notice when we needed to check our consumer unit for the correct rating for a new cooker. John informed us that the cabling was the wrong rating and was honest enough to tell us that it would cost us a lot more to upgrade the cabling. He then checked our existing cooker and pointed out that it may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer to see what they could in having our existing cooker serviced which we did at the fraction of the cost of having to re-wire our cooker and buying a new cooker. John also re- wired a new double socket and fixed a light fitting. John was exceptionally professional, polite and knowledgable and we received a great service from him. We will certainly use him again and have no concerns about recommending him to others.

John arrived on time to give us a quote and sent it through that evening. Work was to upgrade tails from meter to consumer unit and fit two led battens in the garage. All was completed quickly on the day. John also had some recommendations for further work to bring us up to the current electrical spec. Matt has done an extensive work in my house, replacing all wiring and relocation of the main distribution board. He also delivered the work in stages to work around us as we lived in the house being renovated. He is very flexible and in few instances recommended better solution even if it meant more work for him. He was able to make good in some installation areas so it removed requirement for painter decorator. He has attention to detail, good workmanship and genuinely cares for his customer. I can confidently recommend him to any homeowner or landlord.

Excellent service installed inside and out with no mess and everything working perfectly. Despite tricky hanging tiles on my house did a tidy job. Took a morning to fit it which was great. Unit is superb, quiet, and effective. Price was very reasonable surprisingly so tbh. Would thoroughly recommend Sam and co and will use them again if I have further units fitted.

Great addition to the town. Only went in for coffee and cake so won't comment on the food. The espresso was good and the chocolate raspberry torte was just right. Service was very good, friendly and quick. Decor is excellent and the whole place has a comfortable feeling. I will be going back to try out some of the menu.

We popped in to Sentado for a breakfast with our dog. There's a good choice on the menu and they do menus for vegans and allergies. The staff are really friendly and helpful and made sure that our dog had water and treats. That time of day, Sentado has a lovely relaxed feel to it and the decor adds to it, with it's repurposed gym floor and big lightshades. The food was delicious and i can recommend the avocado smash with a poached egg on top. I also welcomed the decaff tea with alternative milk. Been here many times and would go back again.

Unexpectedly beautiful in the evening, candle light dinner with a friend. The candles give for a warm cosy environment which I love. The food came out promptly and was ok for vegan options, I chose to have the 3 tapas style options... Hummus with pitter bread ( not enough bread to dip in my opinion and not toasted, it would of made a bit of a difference if it had been toasted) the beans and kidney beans were tasty and the bang bang coliflour was my favorite with two different sauces. The customer service was good, prompt being a very busy Sat evening. All very young staff but doing their best and producing a very good service considering how busy it was. What I wasn't happy with was the fact that there were not enough staff and so putting the pressure on the 3/4 staff serving for the whole restaurant. I requested that my food was not to be touched as I needed to check my car and half the table got tidied up, along side my chips which I was using to dip my food. It took a while to get service at that point to replace them but over all a really nice experience.

Me and my brother and I were looking for somewhere to have some breakfast in Sittingbourne, and I happened to find this restaurant and decided to dine there. We were welcomed by a wonderful gentleman who seated us and took our drinks order. Breakfast was ordered shortly after by a wonderful waitress who was very polite and friendly, the food came really fast and both mine and my brothers food was really, really good, best breakfast I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was really nice and was something that me and my brother commented on. The restaurant is stylish and very clean, I can't comment on the evening experience, but it's something that I'm definitely looking forward to trying. The owner explained that they will be doing Sunday roasts, which will definitely be my next visit. If you're in the area and are looking for somewhere to eat either breakfast, lunch, or dinner, then I highly recommend visiting Ephesus.

We regularly visit Ephesus to enjoy a decent quiet meal with and without the kids. The owners are a lovely couple who make you feel so welcome and not rushed like other local restaurants. The food has always been to a real high standard so we always recommend dining here. We have booked here a couple of times for birthdays with a larger group and never had any complaints and my family can be quiet fussy. This year I decided to book for Christmas Day dinner for 24 of us. It can be a concern as you want everything to go perfect and with everyone liking there dinner cooked differently I didn’t want anyone to wish they hadn’t joined us as a couple of the family members were unsure on coming as they like their Christmas dinner at home their way, BUT it could not have been any better. With Christmas crackers on the tables and plenty of options for starters, main and desert for the 3 course meal. Some chose the traditional Turkey roast, some had sirloin steak, mixed grill and some had vegetable moussaka. All cooked perfectly. I don’t remember anyone leaving any of there meals (maybe the kids due to the generous size portions). IT WAS AMAZING. Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas Day.

Date night here this eve . Very surprised as our first time here. We loved it so much. Lovely food service and the staff working so hard But still time to make you feel welcome We now will make this a place to visit and have booked up for Sunday roast and a party of us for boxing day. Fantastic food and good prices. The host / owner was very lovely and accommodating, the service was exceptional and stood out to the both of us very much, all day we were saying how great the service was.
