Great golf course! Great opportunity to up your game learning how to plot your way around due to the amount of trees on the course. Take some coins for a well earned hot drink after your game.

I have been a member for approximately 15 years now. I never tire of the course which although shorter than most should never be underestimated. It's a great place for all levels of golfer but particularly good for those that are learning or refining their game. There are many beautiful days when we have been staggered as to how quiet, peaceful and beautiful the course is. Trevor and team keep the course in great condition and there's always time for a chat....nice work.

Even with all the heavy rain we've had, the ground staff have managed to keep the course open and playable, still using the T's and greens with winter rules in place. Keep up the great work, guys!!

Fantastic course that is well kept. Really friendly staff that took time to talk to us before we teed off. It has a driving range, chipping area, putting green and changing room area. American Golf store and and pub onsite as well so it ticks a lot of boxes. Will 100% be back and even considering a membership at some point ⛳️🏌‍♂️

We recently visited Thorpe wood golf course we’d not been there in years…. The course is in good condition, excellent greens and great value to play. The overall facilities, with driving range etc are also very good. Particularly outstanding was the service we received from Chris who works in the Golf Reception building. We’re looking forward to return soon…😀

Been a member here now for 5 years. This is the most friendly club I have ever played at. The course is excellent and a good challenge. I have not played many courses that have better greens. The restaurant has a great chef in Janet and she is supported brilliantly by the catering and bar staff. We also have a great memorial to the crew of a WW2 Halifax Bomber that crashed locally. Worth a visit? Definitely.

Wonderful course with many challenges. Club house is very modern with a variety of drinks and meals. Very friendly and accommodating to all ages. Course was in immaculate condition and a credit to the Green keepers. One of the nicest clubs I’ve played at. Will definitely be looking to play again soon.

We managed to book this lodge last minute after our original plans fell through. The lodge was amazing, and the staff were very welcoming. It had everything we needed, and the bonus milk and plum loaf were delicious. The hot tub was lovely, and my teenagers enjoyed it without complaining, which was a nice change. The lodge was also conveniently located close to everything in the area. Thank you all.

Addlethorpe Golf and Country Club is an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is a hidden gem. The highlight for us was the hot tub – a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The accommodation is top-notch, featuring fully equipped kitchens with everything you need, from a dishwasher to a stovetop, making it easy to cook your own meals. The attention to detail and the quality of the kitchenware were impressive. The on-site restaurant is a fantastic bonus, and having free private parking and WiFi was incredibly convenient. The location is ideal, just a short drive from Ingoldmells Beach, Skegness Butlins, and other local attractions like Skegness Pier and Tower Gardens. The serene environment of the golf and country club combined with modern amenities creates a perfect escape. Whether you’re here for a relaxing retreat or a fun-filled family getaway, Addlethorpe Golf and Country Club is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Blankney Golf Club

Rating: 4.6 (184) Price Level:

Well worth a visit. Lovely setting that includes an outdoor driving range and a fair size putting green. The course is quite tough so put your thinking cap on. The food was very good. Be careful when you go in off the road as it is quite tight.

Rating: 5 / 5

After what must have been a difficult winter for every golf club in the Country, to see Blankney in such great condition was a joy and a testament to the hard work that must have gone into getting this course back into A+ Condition. Possibly the most undulating and deceptively tricky layouts in Lincolnshire, Blankney Golf course will test every element of your game, but will also reward you when playing well. The opening 4 holes are a very clear insight into how the round will be played: An uphill dog leg par 4 to begin, a risk and reward par 4, followed by a Par 5 that will challenge any golfer to make par, followed by another risk and reward par 4 - these 4 set the tone for the round and can make or break a round early in the day! Other highlights include the daunting tee shot on the 6th, the deceptive par 3 13th and the closing hole par 5 that can have you thinking of birdie or wondering if 8 is a good score! For £30 per person, in June, in late morning, combined with a beautiful setting, clubhouse and lovely staff, Blankney is a must visit golf course.

Beautiful course set in the Lincolnshire countryside. The whole team is incredibly welcoming and there to help out with any questions. The junior section is great with weekly lessons, summer camp days, and dates out on the course. The pro shop is equipped with a great range of products. The newly refurbished club house is spacious and light. Offering a range of beverages and food. I'd highly recommend booking in a round of golf or joining as a member.

Pleasant enough course with good facilities and helpful staff. Only downside was that greens were being treated (which is necessary, of course). I really think that guests should be informed if a course has any special conditions when making their booking - if you're going to charge £40 for a round, you want to be providing a good experience.

Nice little 9 hole!! A very tight course with a few cross over. Hard have to think on every hole can’t just smash your drive around!! Some great holes playing with the walls. Greens and tea boxes in great condition.

Beautiful surroundings, very quirky 9hole course in the old docks. Granted, I am fairly new to the game but never played shots up walls before, challenging and amusing in equal measure! The clubhouse is pleasant and welcoming, food and drinks all good too. Oh and there's a driving range.... Definitely worth a visit!

General view of most who chose it) breakfast OK good choice cereal fruit and pastries. Plenty tea or coffee. 2 course both challenging in different ways. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or helpfully. Rooms perfect for purpose. 🥰💞 thanks to all of you guys at Greetham.

We attended a function here and stayed the night. The lady on reception was lovely and got us checked in quickly. The room was large, nice and clean, with all the expected facilities excepted. The function room was a good size and had the bar in the room, I like this as it keeps people together instead of everyone spreading out all over the place. The food was good and served at a good pace, getting all the guests fed quickly. Last orders at the bar was 11:45, which was a little early, and there was no guest bar for an after-hours drink. Breakfast was buffet style, items were being topped up all the time, which meant some item ran out for a short period, but at least they were cooked fresh, breakfast was really good. Staff couldn't do enough for you.

We stayed for a couple of nights during half term. Being a long way from a major road the hotel was extremely quiet; we had a terrific night's sleep in a huge comfy bed. As there is hardly any light pollution the stars look fantastic over the dark golf course at night, which also provides a nice view from the rooms and restaurant. The bar and restaurant were great for both breakfasts and dinners. The food was delicious and the portions large, with local ales on draught too! A dart board and pool table kept my 10 year old entertained until bedtime! The room was large, clean and very comfortable, with a nice bathroom with a bath. The staff were super efficient and friendly. For value for money I'd rate this hotel very highly and would definitely come back.

We went to the new years eve party and stayed the night. Everything was spot on. We couldn't believe it was only a 3 star hotel. The staff were all happy and helpful ,even though they were working on New Years eve. The dinner dance was one of the best we've been to. The meal was fantastic ,and the entertainment by Barreo Benidorm was so much fun. His talents were amazing. A real entertainer and fantastic singer.

One of the best courses I have played in ages. The course is stunning. From tee to green it is very well maintained. A real challenging course that requires you to be straight off the tee and accurate with your irons. Well placed bunkers and water hazards add to the challenge. Well worth playing!!!

Simply Awesome 👌 After taking my son here for some golf lessons, I can only say this place clearly has the WOW factor! The course itself is impressive, immaculate, maintained to a very high standard and very much has the unspoilt, quintessential rural England feel about it! Nick Fox the golf coach is equally impressive. His positive, thoughtful approach to teaching with the human touch certainly shines through in all he does! The way he conducts himself connecting with the individual, honing in on their character, putting the child at ease throughout is special! His attention to detail and expertise whilst teaching is meticulous but always friendly. In essence, I found the overall ambiance and friendliness of the club, from Ian Dickinson the men’s captain and it’s members generally something it seems is ingrained throughout and certainly somewhere I would wish my son to be! Lincolnshire has some great golfing heritage and this place is unquestionably the jewel in the crown 👑

Very good winter golf course. Back 9 was reduced to 8 par 3s and a par 5 to finish. Lots of rain in the weeks before I played but course was still decent. Greens were elite level for the time of year. Very firm and fast, they rolled exceptionally well. I bet they’re lightning fast in the summer. Would highly recommend.

Great to finally play this great links course. For the last week of October the course was in great shape and we were blessed with the weather! No wind and short sleeve. For £40 a round it is well worth it. The condition of the course was great and of course there is some winter work being done but it surely didn’t interfere with a great experience. Great holes and don’t expect to get many flat lies.

If you plan a couple of days away in the Skegness area than a round at Seacroft has to be on your list of courses to play. A very enjoyable links course that has received accolade from others. Must have caught the pro on a bad day as he wasn't at his best. The clubhouse offender a good menu. Car parking was over the main road in a quiet area with several members parking on the side road. The course was in goid condition with extensive improvement being carried out on one hole. North Shore golf club and hotel is just down the road and I am posting review on that.
