Customer care when we had an issue was outstanding. We bought a garden set but it was slighty damaged when we took it out of the box. Meg answered our query promptly and a replacement was sent asap. So nice to deal with people who care

I loved this little place, not so much because it's the biggest or even the best around but more because it's different. This due to the fact that it's not part of a corporate chain such as Dobbies, Blue Diamond etc. The café in particular suitable for us as we could take our dog into a large pet friendly area. There was nothing wrong with the food either, a wide range of meals to suit most people, a bit light on sandwiches though but made up for by some rather nice cakes. Garden King 1 Masseys 0. We bought some plants including a magnolia bush for a tenner, a bargain we thought. The above together with helpful and friendly staff making it a very pleasant couple of hours out of the house.

A hidden gem! Great garden centre full of usual plants, seeds, garden accessories, gifts and seasonal items. We went with the intention of popping to the restaurant and they had a hot drink and cake, after 3pm, for £5 deal, which we took advantage of. Very happy they did a chai tea latte, which was delicious (I noted they did a cold version too - something to try in summer) The cake was excellent too and the restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful. Good menu with good range of food options including kids, veggie and a separate dog menu too. I noted there was an indoor soft play area (separate admission charge) Prices throughout seemed reasonable and lots of special offers. A place I would definitely return to with family.

What can I say about this place.I have been to many garden's centres and this one is my Number two,I was truly blown away with all the Christmas 🎄🎁 decorations,and Linda was so helpful today,it was a pleasure to meet her.While we was there we had a spot of dinner and hot drinks,the food was top notch and they was good portions to.We also had two of there special latte's and one normal.There Christmas 🎄 are £30 and under,these have not gone up in price in over 8 years so come on folks get your self down there.There is also a Christmas themed walk through with activities for the kids and Santa will be there too.
