I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are friendly, very neat and tidy and highly knowledgeable. My garden looks a million times better than I could've imagined and I'm so happy with it. Compared to some of their other work, my project was relatively small but they always made me feel like I was a priority. Their communication is by far the best I've come across, I was kept updated and also asked about my preferences throughout. They really do go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything was done to a really high standard and their attention to detail and general thoughtfulness is outstanding. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

What a pleasure having a small professional team transform our back garden for us. We knew what we wanted and everything turned out just right. Absolutely brilliant service. Manoj and his team started helping us in January with some (much needed!) garden maintenance. We were so impressed with them that we asked if they could build us a new patio. What started as a maintenance visit has turned into a new patio, new path, new steps, revamped rockery, new lawn and reseeded the main lawn. They are brilliant. Shout out to Evan who leads the landscaping side - very knowledgeable and always looking for innovative solution. Manoj has an excellent team, is polite and courteous and a pleasure to have helping us! I could not recommend highly enough. A proper 5 star review.

Craig and Simon have been today to substantially prune five mature trees in our back garden. We are so pleased and highly recommend them. Craig was so prompt getting back to us after our enquiry, Simon came to survey the next day and one day later job done. Very knowledgeable, efficient, all branches shredded and so very tidy afterwards all for a reasonable price. Thank you and see you next year!

Craig came round to do our fence after our concrete posts failed. He replaced 6 panels with brand new concrete posts all in less than 2 days. Not only was this work done to a very high standard, you wouldn't even know he had been working here, no mess left at all. Craig was very respectful of our property and adjoining neighbours property, both of us very happy with his work and we will definatley use for more gardening services in the future.

We engaged Craig Kay to remove a 30m row of 7m tall conifers along our garden boundary adjacent to a main road and replace it with a wood panel and concrete post and plinth fence. Craig meticuously planned the project in close consultation with ourselves, sourced all the materials and undertook the work in February 2025. Craig and his team hard worked extremely hard often in wet and cold conditions throughout the 10 days it took to complete the project. The conifers and stumps were removed with great care to avoid any damage to our garden and any risk to road users. All the green waste was taken away. The new fence was installed to the highest of standards and looks immaculate. We cannot thank Craig and his team enough for their good humour, perseverance and incredible attention to detail throughout the project. We now have a much lighter garden and the lost space under the conifer hedge has been reclaimed. What an improvement. We highly recommend Craig and his team and thank them for doing such an outstanding job.

I cannot recommend Kay’s garden and tree services enough. Great service always with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble even after working all day in the rain. I am thrilled with the work they have done..both tree felling and garden maintenance. It was a pleasure to have them around and they will be back to help us out as we get older. Just great quality work by a great team…my garden looks amazing. Thankyou so much .
