I phoned this morning and Ralph was able to squeeze me in at 5.15 this evening. Super friendly, and very efficiently removed blockages from both ears. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Visited Ralph today with a very blocked right ear - the service, professionalism and explanations were beyond reproach. Ralph had to use two procedures to remove the blockage and I cannot begin to tell you the difference - I genuinely feel like a new man.
So don’t go on for months like I did with headaches, poor balance and really having to concentrate to hear people, especially with any background noise - to be honest I feel like a muppet for not going sooner!!!

I went to see Ralph today (Tuesday 21st January) he was really polite and reassuring and very welcoming, he told me exactly what would be happening, when I went to see him I had been suffering with strong loss off hearing and ringing in my ears for over 1 week, he showed me on camera the amount of ear wax both of my ears, I honestly couldn't believe it, my ears were both full of wax down to the eardrum, it really was an eye opener, he fully cleaned my ears and showed me the difference before and after! I could completely hear again and felt alive again as I cant describe how annoying and stressful it was not being able to hear properly beforehand, Would HIGHLY recommend Ralph to ANYONE needing any help with anything to do with there ears, he was a brilliant help and only took 15-20 mins! Thank you Ralph!

Ralph was able to remove a foreign object which was essentially causing me to be deaf in my right ear. He saw me the same day (on a Sunday) due to it being an emergency. He explained everything to me and put me at ease throughout the removal. I definitely recommend.

I went to see Ralph on Monday as I was suffering with pain in my ear and knew it was full of wax as I had visited the doctor the week before who said to use olive oil for a week. I knew this would not get rid of the wax completely and it was feeling uncomfortable and my ear just felt bunged up and itchy so I decided to book an appointment with Pennine Ear Care to get it removed.

Ralph was absolutely lovely, so friendly and he put me right at ease as I was abit nervous. He used a special little camera to look in my ear which I found truly amazing as you can see it on screen and my right ear was full of wax which Ralph removed, there was no discomfort and my hearing was so much better.

I am so glad I decided to visit Pennine Ear Care and sort the issue out myself as I could have been waiting ages for the doctor to do it if they had of done it at all. I can highly recommend Ralph, thanks again xx
